This place just gives you the run around. Terrible customer service. The supervisorJose kept telling me my carpet would arrive on a certain day and it never did. I tried to speak to him and he had already left the store. They only take care of their regulars. This place sucks!

Wow this place is amazing! Bought a VERY good QUALITY carpet for 300 dollars, over 54 yards! Happy I was recommended by a friend!

Easy to shop at to look at the carpet they offer. Monica was easy to work with. They have carpet in stock at the store, so I was able to get my condo measured, old carpet removed and disposed, and new carpet installed over the course of three days. It wouldve been two if I were available the next day. Prices were reasonable.

Horrible service and product. They showed us different product during an estimate and installed different product during install. Padding is so thin that we can feel floors, and when we complained about it now one cared about it. They also came with less product and tried to blame it on us saying that we miss understood the term and they realize mistake was on their end never recommending this to anyone.Update on this (12/07/2018) Some one from company called and offered new padding and update our carper. Rep stated she will call me with date and time for someone to come out this conversation took place week of November 20th, I still havent heard from anyone. So customers opinion has no value to this company, they gave false expectation to change service. Will never recommend this company and service to anyone. I was going change my review after I received follow up call from them, I am glad I didnt change my review.
