I genuinely don’t think there’s a nicer, more professional, or more accommodating warehouse to rent equipment from in the state. On top of a great selection of equipment, reasonable rates, and discounts for students/recent grads, the employees are always willing to act on good faith and be flexible and accommodating when things come up. I’ve never had a negative interaction on the phone or in person with someone there and can’t recommend them enough.

Chicago is lucky to have Eleven04. They are a newer shop with experienced staff. They tend to beat rates from other shops. and their service is way better than the other budget camera shop in Chicago.They have a nice selection of rental cameras, cinema lenses, and camera support. They also have a black box studio.

Eleven04 is one of the best rental houses Ive dealt with! It feels more like a community than a bunch of individuals out for just themselves. With convenient and easy load-in, this place has it all. Well be back for sure

Okay, Ill say it, I love Eleven04. Really incredible rental house. Everyone who works there is so friendly and down to earth. Richard really cares about filmmaking and the rest of the teams shares his passion. They are my go to for all shoots, regardless of scale. They have really expanded their equipment and added a ton of great G&E tools and cinema camera packages. I feel like I can drop in and rent a single lens or fill up a box truck with gear and get the same experience.

I rented a RED Epic Package from them with a set of Canon Cine Primes. The Eleven04 team went above and beyond to make this rental experience one in a million. I had a problem with the Mini Mag Reader and they did more than I expected to get a working one to me. These guys are amazing, Adam, Miles and Jordan made my experience as positive as possible. I know where I will go for every rental from here on out.If you are in the Chicago area and need a camera rental go with these guys and forget the online rental companies.

Ever since I started renting from Eleven04 early 2019 the experience has been more than acceptable. The crew is awesome very helpful, fun to just interact with while getting your gear or even working in the Co-Lab space.Truly a hidden gem in the city. Ive rented from Eleven04 for a few months now for a variety of productions, and every time they have been incredibly accommodating, knowledgable, and helpful. The staff is great, the location is convenient, but what I especially love are the pricing rates. You really cant compete with how cheap it is to rent from here! Its helped me pull off a lot of shoots on a moderate budget, but still with top notch equipment at our disposal. If you are doing video production in Chicago, I highly recommend you start renting from Eleven04.
