The people here are knowledgable but not humble. When you make an inquiry, they would give you an answer but with condescending tone. Talking to the staff was a very bad experience.

Theres nothing much to do here. Everything here us mundane and boring. Its okay for earning money but theres nothing more to it. The work atmosphere is lackluster, and everyone here just minds their own business. Work here if youre okay with a boring job.

Management doesnt recognize employee efforts. All they care about is whether employees accomplish the tasks they are supposed to do. The company treats employees like robots whose main purpose is to keep working and management has no regard for employee well-being.

I started my photography business a few weeks back and rented two cameras from this place. Thought I was promised that I could replace a camera if it didnt meet my needs, these people didnt stick to their word. One of the cameras wasnt up to my expectations, and when I asked for a replacement, these people started telling me how good the camera was and how I might not have learned how to use it correctly. That was insulting. I am never going back again!

I was looking for camera and other equipment for a production project. The collection they showed me seemed nice but limited. I think the need to expand their inventory levels and provide more options to choose from . I ended up ordering the equipment from another global website that had a vast collection.

The workplace is filled with office drama. Everyone is gossiping about everyone, which creates an environment of toxicity. It doesnt help that the owners are immature persons too. They are ill-mannered towards employees and treat them like trash. Overall, working here feels like hell, and I would work for another company given the chance.

These guys are true professionals at what they do. They know their stuff. I rented a Canon DSLR body from them with minimal fuss. They are really prompt in replying to emails and picking up calls. They confirmed my rental order, I went down and it was all ready for me. Batteries were charged and everything was in great working condition. They guys there let you take your time to inspect the rental equipment and you can let them know if anything is amiss.They offer daily or weekly rentals (weekly gives you more value for money) and have different levels of packages to suit your budget and needs. They are geared towards the video professional but their service also caters to photographers even though their lens selection is not as vast as other rental companies.Overall, a great experience!

The owners of this company are very incompetent and at times ignorant. Its obvious that they do not have any idea how to properly run a company. Its one thing that the owners are incompetent but them being unbearable is another. The company has that feel of being shady, and I wouldnt want anyone I know to experience how horrible it is here.

Offensive and insensitive ownersThe owners thought theyre funny and always gives offensive and insensitive comments to their staff. These comments are often sexist, rude and unprofessional. These employees are there to work and earn, not to be the object of your offensive jokes. I hope someone can teach them how to better manage a business, or rather how to man up and manage their childish acts.

Cant say enough good things about this place & the people there. Highly recommended.Heres to hoping their business grows so they can expand upon their inventory & selection!
