I absolutely loved my dress and I was shocked that it was the least expensive one I tried on! The alterations were a little pricey, but I do have to admit, they were pristine. They definitely have great options for dresses and will show you what is in your budget and your style.

Carla and everyone at Vwidon are amazing. Their gowns are gorgeously designed with the most amazing fabrics. The best part is that you are working directly with the designers (Carla and Kenneth), so they are willing to customize the dress to be exactly as you want it. I found two dresses at Vwidon that I loved and Carla custom designed a dress that has the parts I loved from each dress combined into one - it is so perfect, Im so happy and it was such a fun experience working with Carla and her team. Carla is amazing! Vwidon carries the most beautiful, hand made wedding gowns in Chicago. My first visit to the store I was there for almost 2 hours as I tried on dress after dress. If you want a timeless wedding gown with great attention to detail, visit Vwidon and you wont be disappointed.

This is a spectacular atelier with exquisite gowns! I purchased my wedding dress from Vwidon in the summer of 2018 and I actually had narrowed it down to about 5 dresses I really loved, but ultimately purchased one of them (only!:(( ). The decision was very hard, because the designs were all really, really good and the fabrics were amazing. People reading my review should know that I had spent almost a full year and had gone to a large number of wedding dress shops in downtown Chicago, and still could not find a great design made out of an equally great fabric until Vwidon. I wish I had found them earlier!And the atelier itself is spotless! Future brides and guests are asked to take their shoes off at the door and for a very good reason! The floors are clean which translates into spotless dresses! I had been to shops where the bottoms of all dresses were literally the color of mud! To have such a clean environment, just as Carla maintains hers, is a must! And Carla is an amazing, talented designer with such an impeccable feel for fabrics, designs and simply the geometrical flow of the gowns created with aesthetic balance between clean forms and accent elements. I just cant praise her enough! Highly recommend Vwidon!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vwidon and Carla. Carla is amazing to work with and has an amazing eye for style. She custom made my gown taking a couple of her designs and blending them. I got my custom-made wedding dress from this boutique 3 years ago. After visiting at least 10 different salons, I was lucky to find this wonderful oasis! So many choices. Even silk and lace from France. My dress was gorgeous and just perfect! The owner custom made it just in 2 months. And not that expensive. At the end of our wedding, someone stepped on the bottom of my dress so a piece was torned; and they fixed it afterwards at no charge.

I had a wonderful experience with Vwidon!After shopping everywhere from Davids to Gold Coast boutiques, Vwidon was a breath of fresh air. The showroom is quiet and very clean. The designer, Cala, and her team are helpful but give you plenty of space as you look. Other places pressured me to choose a favorite dress quickly, come back for another visit, or make a snap decision. Carla was in the store and helped me narrow down which dresses fit my style and price range. She even suggested the sample dresses as an option to make them more affordable. It was such a difference shopping there than everywhere else I looked!Carla is clearly an artist. The way she looked at me in the dress made me decide to buy from Vwidon. She looked at the dresses on me and gave me her honest opinion about how different fabrics looked on my skin tone, etc.I bought a sample / floor display dress in March. I went back for fittings 3 times, but I felt like the 3rd wasnt really necessary since the hem and fit were spot on the 2nd fitting. Vwidon shipped my dress for me. The dress was by far the easiest and most stress-free part of my wedding!I highly recommend Carla and Vwidon!
