Great place to shop for Indian formal wear. Personnel was extremely nice and accommodating. They included alterations so that my dress will fit perfectly for the wedding in India Im attending. Be prepared to be firm and for a negotiation.

I had asked for a blouse weeks in advanced to be stitched. I had called the day the tailor said it would be finished and I was told I would be able to get it after 6PM. I had come in after 6PM and the tailor had not even started it. She wanted me to wait another 3 hours for her to do it. The tailor was so rude to me and was blaming me for her not having it done. I do not recommend this place at all. They are beyond rude and have extremely high prices. Avoid at all costs!!!

Went there today and absolutely loved it. Bought an outfit for my mehendi. The customer service was great! The prices are a little high but they do work with you. Overall loved the experience.

Staff seem nice and selection okay but they sold my wife an outfit stating that it was a small but actually it was a large, and the mens and womens clothes are about double in price compared to other places on Devon. Dont make this your first stop and dont buy their sweet auntie talk like I did 🤣

I bought dress for wedding, i had problem with size so when come to return then total change specially customer service. Well they forget this is not back home 😏 . Already block the payment from bank but i don’t recommend any one. By time you buying they really good after that they even dont know you. Seem like people who gave 4 or 5 star reviews all them family members or friends to show good rating. 😂

Wow! I just love this store! The clothes are so unique and reasonably priced! Since my daughters wedding was coming up, ( and she loves the latest in bridal designs) I decided to get her a designer bridal dress from there! She absolutly loved it it was a win-win for the both of us! The customer service was also very helpful too!

This place is a joke. Najila and her band of Aunties are all cons. They rip you off. Make promises that they cant keep and dont even give your money back. No wonder this place has bad reviews and is always empty. Shouldve read the reviews before going in. So many other stores on Devon Ave that are better! Walk around and youll see. Trust me!

While the clothing is lovely, they are utterly unprofessional. Do not expect them to alert clothing well. Better to buy the clothes and take them elsewhere for alterations. We went back multiple times and the last time they hadnt even done any of the work. They said we should just wait a half for for the tailor to make the changes. No apologies, horrendous customer service.

Horrible Service! I needed alterations done on four of my lawn suits (that were from Pakistan) I gave it to Najlaas I dropped it off on Monday 28th around 5:30pm... her chasmish worker wrote me a receipt and I told Najlaas I will pick it up after 4:00pm on Friday she said that’s fine.I came in today (Friday) after 4pm and my clothes were not done! The “tailor” told me I did lawn suits they searched and found two that were Not mine! The tailor says to me “r u sure?” I said what a stupid question I would know what clothes I gave you. The finallly found my 4 lawn suits that were in the back for four days!I was upset! 😡 I yelled at them and said this is not acceptable at all I left this on Monday and it’s still not done! I need to wear this Saturday! They said we will do it now so I left 2 suits and took the other two with me. Came back after two around and Najlaas was giving me “excuses” why the alterations couldNot be done. I said if you know how to do customer service u would have called and told me and I would have made other arrangements. She made me look like a fool! Still the tailor did NOT do what I told her!7 years ago my husband about a me a beautiful suit for eid from her and she was a sweetheart now she is acting like whatever I said to her was a not true! Every coworker of her was saying nothing was wrong we fixed it! I said no u didn’t my suit still is tight and doesn’t fit. I paid her anyways... she was saying now u don’t want to pay! I said it’s not about the money it’s about the trust u billed with a “customer” when someone gives u something u do it. That is how your business runs due to the right customer service. But our desi’s don’t understand that. Khair not going back! Hope this helps!

DO NOT order custom clothes nor get anything altered from this place, no matter what you do. They cannot follow simple directions. My youngest brother just got married this past weekend.Heres my experience:We walked into to Tabarujj many months ago now to look around for my mom, we loved the clothes but they were really out of our price range, the pieces we liked being $950 and we were looking for something around $400. When we were asked by a nice lady, Renu, if we needed help and she proceeded to show us the SAME expensive outfits for the prices we wanted! We were sold! My mom needed a little bit of altering but we were OK with it because the prices were perfect and the outfits were gorgeous. I asked generally if they would do some custom outfits if we ordered. Renu said course! So me and my sister went on to order outfits for the four of my sisters and my daughter! We were SO excited because it was almost a ONE STOP SHOP and we were done! We ordered everything - it took us 3 hours but we felt great.Fast Forward 8 weeks later, we have called Najila (the owner of Tabarujj) many times and she kind of answers with Im in Pakistan right now, or the clothes are almost done! Dont worry. And we trust her, afterall, we paid THOUSANDS of dollars to her for these clothes. She sends over some pictures on Whatsapp*** to show us that the work is in progress. So about a month before we told Najila the wedding was to be (we told her the wedding was two weeks earlier), I call repeatedly at the store and her cell phone to get an answer on the status of our clothes. No answer and we all start to panic. After 3 days of calling, I decide its time to make a trip to Devon and I call one last time letting her know that we are coming on the next Saturday and we hope the clothes are there. She calls back an hour later and tells us that the clothes are on the way from Pakistan and they wont be here until the week before the wedding but DONT WORRY, they are perfect!!!! So believing her because well she knows its our brothers wedding. We prepare for everything else and we go on the day she asked us to come. We get there and she asks us to have a seat. RENU starts to look through boxes frantically. Heres what comes out. My sisters mehndi outfit is a HIGHLIGHTER GREEN color, NOT WHAT I ORDERED - they confused the color 501 for 201?!?!?!?!?!?! Ok so thats one outfit out. ALL OF MY MOMs OUTFITS FOR EACH DAY OF HER YOUNGEST SONS WEDDING ARE MESSED UP. Mehndi outfit did not even come in!!!! The fitting for the wedding outfit is WRONG and the WALIMA OUTFIT WASNT EVEN SENT TO THE TAILOR!!***The Whatsapp pictures I mentioned earlier? Well those were just random pictures of cloth that she used to shut us up temporarily, I even showed her the pictures after the clothes came in and she had nothing to say.We were in AWE at the lack of care and effort they had put into our order. It was appalling. My mom starts to cry as it is A WEEK BEFORE the wedding and there is so much more to do than worry about our outfits - 15 in total!!!! So for the mehndi, my mom ended up going to Chunri in Lombard for the mehndi outfit. She went shopping around for another outfit for the wedding and well the walima, she got another outfit from Tabarruj forcefully because well this was just ridiculous. My sister ended up wearing what she had since there was not enough time for her to shop around.OVER ALL A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. IF YOU LIKE SOMETHING, just pick it up, pay and walk out. Dont fall for their lies and deceits on custom ordering or tailoring. They are all BAD and CARELESS and UNAPOLOGETIC PEOPLE, including NAJILA AND RENU.
