I came here for my 15 in 2016 to buy my glasses, cider bottle, cake knives, rosary, bible, candle, and doll. My colors were navy, white, silver, and gray. The cider bottle and glasses came out beautiful matching my dress and colors beautifully. Only complaint there was they added very strong sticky tack which made the glasses hard to take off the tray the day of. The cake knives were simple with the inscription I wanted but I like simple. The Bible, rosary, and candle I picked out from their selection for baptisms but they personalized it for what I needed. The doll was the best part as it looked exactly like my dress and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place as they were super helpful for the small details of my 15.

Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst place ever.!!!!!! Go somewhere else. !!!!!!!!!We saw a dress in the window that was beautiful except it was a Champagne color, we needed an ivory . We tried it on and loved it. I asked to see if we can order an ivory and the older sales lady who attended us said yes. She showed us the catalogue and showed us what ivory looked like. Except on the catalogue ivory looked off white. The sales lady said not to worry that it would come in ivory and that she orders from them a lot and showed me a color sample of ivory. We agreed on the color swatch and I paid in advance. (NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE). When we picked up, the dress was not the same material. It was cheaply made and it was white.... eggshell white. I told them this is not ivory and I showed her the color sample she had shown me. The sales lady continued to rudely justify the color was ivory and that is how the company made it and no refunds. I had to call Chicago Police to file a complaint for fraud and get my money back. ****they will say whatever to sell as their policy is no refunds****** order online, its half the price!

My experience was very unique, but a wonderful experience. I recommend Crystal Bridal to everyone. Super helpful and understanding woman. María and her staff were fantastic.

Be careful when you order a dress they charge $50.00 for a rush delivery. You pay for it and dont get the dress on the date that they promised. And when you asked them why they charge for something that wont be done. They get mad and dont even apologize and they wont give you your $50.00 back. They promised my wedding dress would arrived 5-31-17 and got here 6-14-17. Their customer service is horrible. When I asked for a refund on the $50.00 the sales personas tells why are you making a big deal the dress got here before your wedding date. She totally missed the point where they charged me a rush delivery for nothing. I would not recommend buying here at all. And would definitely never come back again.

4/5 because my quince dress order took longer, or seemed to take too long. It took a couple of weeks, and was a perfect fit. The prices were not too good, but thy lowered it a not to keep me as a customer. This was 3 years ago. My chambelanes got their tuxedos here too, perfect fit except the shoes were too worn out.

I liked there dresses but there customer service is horrible. I dont recommend this place, they r so rude and they give you an attitude. I asked for a dress and they said it would arrive by June. I called in the beginning of July because they havent called me and the lady said that she doesnt know. I called again and she said the same thing and was getting mad that I wanted an answer instead of I dont know!? She then send me a message telling me that if I keep calling that I wont get my dress on time. First of all I am buying a dress and as a customer you want to know if they are getting your dress ready. I work with customer all the time and I know that we NEVER talk to them like that, even if they are giving you a hard time because you know that they are paying for what they ask. I dont know how the owner is fine to have people like that in her business unless she doesnt care how the customer are being treated. Like I said I dont recommend this place.

The only good thing about this place, for me, was making my last payment and never having to see these people again. The girl that always answers is so rude! I was upset at the fact that it took almost 16 weeks for me to get our dress. No one ever called me to let me know what was going on. When I called her, upset, she called me back and left me a voicemail that said that I would regret being upset and that everything was going to turn out bad for me if I kept my attitude. I asked for the owner about 10 times and was given the run around. These ladies dont know the first thing about customer service! I would definitely NOT recommend this place!

Bad experience I order some wedding pillows 2 months ahead and they made them the day of the wedding because they lady didn’t write down when I needed them done and they did a bad job on the stitching around the pillow!!!!! Horrible

This place is not what I thought it was. The lady which Id assume was the owner was very rude. When I first bought the dress she was very nice and accommodating. The day of the pick I asked about the crinoline she started to get rude and her demeanor was off. I had to put her in her place by asking her to show some respect. That I was in fact a paying customer. When I first bought the dress she said that the crinoline would come with the dress. So we decided to buy the dress there for the price. And when I went to pick it up after I paid for it she denied saying that. The ironing of the dress was horrible, the stones were coming off and the dress had a funny smell to. I would had better luck and the dress would of been alot cheaper at the swap meet. She lost my business. Which is to bad for her because I have three girls and I will be having two more Quinceaneras in the future. I will not spend anymore money at this place. And I dont recommend this place to anyone.

My aunts dress was ruined by a seamstress the night before the wedding! I came here with my aunt to find a last minute dress. Not only did they have a veraity of choices but she was able to find a very beautiful dress. After explaining our situation, the ladies there promised to alter it and have it ready in a couple of hours, meanwhile get your hair and make up done. They kept their promise. I picked up the dress just hours before the wedding. It fit perfectly and my aunt looked beautiful. Horrible service! DO NOT BUY HERE. I went with my friend to order cushions, they took the payment order in advance and they said that in 2 weeks they had them ready. The worker very kind and even talking badly about another business that is called the same. It took 4 weeks to arrive and it was not what I had ordered. Teaching them the receipt as proof that they were wrong the owner accepted that it was her mistake and I was going to send them to do it again. After another two weeks it was because of the cushions and again it was not what we asked for the engraving was different color. They did not want to return the money and the owner was very good. It was my friends tube with the cushions that she did not ask for. The first cushions that were wrong were found on display and she told the owner that she did not give her permission to have the date and her names on those cushions on the display. The owner said that it was her store and she could do what she wanted. Terrible service.

Hideous! 225 never returned to that place for a first communion dress ... to start some horrible chicks who know nothing about cervicio to the client pay my daughters dress and when I return to pick it up the woman this horrendous did not even know where the vest was of the dress the pebbles of the dress all throwing themselves everywhere the safest thing is that they use them as a sample while you collect it even if you already have it paid ... I asked him about the vest and he said that he finally found it and gave me one all stained of blood telling me that I agreed, and that I had accepted it ... total stress, very expensive and they behave in one way so that you buy and when you pay they behave in another way, they never came back ... 😡
