My three bridesmaids, mother and future mother-in-law had already been to a couple of other boutiques in the area prior to Bella Bridesmaids and disappointed is an understatement. We thought about cancelling our appointment because we were going to be 30 minutes late to our 3:30 PM appointment and they were closing at 5 PM, but I called and they encouraged us to stop by anyway. Jackie greeted us and immediately went to work providing vision and direction for the dresses, not only for my bridesmaids, but my mother and future mother-in-law as well. Jackie and Carlys attentiveness and professionalism was a breath of fresh air and something I didnt get at the other boutiques at ALL. The online showroom makes ordering super easy and we will even be able to shop junior bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. We stayed past closing and Jackie and Carly were still more than accommodating. We will be purchasing all the bridesmaids dresses, both mother of the bride and groom dresses, and likely the junior bridesmaid and flower girl dresses from here. It is evident that Bella Bridesmaids truly has a passion for helping brides and bridesmaids make all the dreams we have for our special day a reality! Thank you Jackie and Carly!

A wonderful experience at Bella Bridesmaids Chicago! I worked with them on a mix and match look for my bridesmaids for my July 2021 wedding. The stylists were so helpful with executing the vision for the dresses, making everyone feel comfortable during the appointment, and assisting with the ordering process. With stores in different locations, Bella made it so easy to figure out planning during COVID-19. Couldnt be happier with the quality of the dresses (an Amsale, a Watters, and a twobirds dress from left to right) and the incredible care that all of the Bella folks had for me and my bridesmaids!

I would recommend Bella Bridesmaids to any bride looking for a great selection and helpful staff! By the time I had gone to Bella, I had already tried a few different shops for bridesmaids dresses and was less than impressed. This time I made an appointment with my sister and now sister-in-law to come along and help me through as I was already feeling defeated. The shop was pretty, clean, and the staff were helpful! Not only that, but I finally found my bridesmaids dresses and gosh were they STUNNING! The online portal made the ordering process extremely easy for all, and I appreciated that it also kept me as the bride in the loop on the status of the dresses. Even with COVID delays, Bella did great at communicating where things were at and not once did I ever feel worried that the dresses wouldn’t show up or look less than amazing. Even though we ended up postponing our wedding until 2021 in the end, I would pick Bella all over again, and I have received so many compliments on my bridesmaids’ dresses! Not only were they beautiful and comfortable for the bridesmaids to wear, but they flattered all shapes and sizes and the color was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!

I didn’t feel that my consultant was very complementary. In fact, I recall her colleague who was not assigned to my account was more flattering. I don’t want to pay $300 for four dresses just to have gotten the feedback “cool” on everything that I ideated.

Crooks - I tried on a dress in store and the lady told me to get one size up. Got the dress and was swimming in it, immediately called to exchange for the other size and was informed that they don’t do returns or exchanges but that they recommend I use one of their “amazing seamstresses.” Ridiculous - went to a different tailor, paid a ridiculous amount to basically get it altered to my original size. If you have to use this place, ignore their recommendations and go with your gut.

Ive been a bridesmaid countless times and Bella did my wedding almost five years ago and Ive had nothing but THE BEST experiences working with them. They have great selection and helped me organize my 14 bridesmaids so that they all looked great. The staff at the store in Chicago are stylish, friendly, professional, organized, and took care of all the logistics so that I did not need to worry about it. I cant say enough good things about Bella. They can also help with casual bridal, mother of the bride/groom, flower girls, and other special occasions! Service cant be beat!

Had a great experience at Bella Chicago. I worked with Danielle and a few others to finalize our mix & match color options before bringing my bridesmaids in. When we got everyone together we had our own little space in the showroom and all 7 of my bridesmaids, mom and aunt were able to comfortably hang out. I loved my color palette with mixing and matching colors, fabrics and sparkles across designers. I also bought my party dress from Bella, a Jenny Yoo fringe dress with custom beading. It was the perfect addition for my southern vintage wedding. Thank you Bella girls, you truly made the look and feel of my wedding exactly what I was imagining!

I had such an amazing experience at Bella Bridesmaids. Our appointment was run by Danielle and she was super helpful and recommended some amazing styles. I met with her twice, one appointment to decide on colors and a designer and a second time with all my bridesmaids. I chose two different colors and let my 6 girls all choose their own style which I can’t imagine was easy for a stylist to organize but Danielle was warm, inviting, fun and able to help each girl find the perfect dress for them while also being incredibly professional and efficient. I loved the show room and think the dresses were in amazing shape for being samples. (I have seen some really scary samples at other stores) All in all, my experience with Bella Bridesmaids was amazing and I’m so excited for my girls to get their dresses!!

Bella Bridesmaids made this process so incredibly easy and efficient. They were diligent about finding the Dessy jumpsuits that I was looking for. They also gave reminders to bridemaids who were delayed with getting their measurements.

This place was super cute with super friendly and helpful staff!! Our girl Kelly was quick and effective while also super nice!! They are super accommodating as well which is always a plus!! I would recommend this place!!

Hands down the best vendors Ive worked with so far for my wedding - they were responsive, helpful and straight forward on costs. They have every color you could imagine. I was looking for a bright pink and could only find neutral blush at other stores - Bella had exactly the shade I was looking for.Also, all of my bridesmaids live in different cities and had to go to a different location, yet not one ran into an issue. I purchased all of my bridesmaids dresses from Bella Bridesmaids this year. I did 14 different dresses all in different styles. The experience was so fun and their location in Chicago is adorable. They have tons of dresses and designers. I showed the girls a picture of the look I was going for prior to my appointment. Upon our arrival (Brittany & Emily) had tons of options for my MOH to try on. They were wonderful helping me find the designers, styles & colors I was going for. The dresses all came in on time, the colors, styles, sizes were all exactly what the girls ordered. I would highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids, they are very prompt on responses, very accommodating to my 14 bridesmaids and myself (the bride). They were so friendly, professional, welcoming and overall just awesome to work with. Thank you all again, you made the experience so exciting and memorable for me. The dresses turned out incredible!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! What could have been a TOTAL fiasco was handled swiftly and professionally. If you are on the fence about going here, please read below:Had 9 bridesmaids come in and try on/order dresses in November 2019 for my June 2020 wedding. Two bridesmaids ended up ordering the same dress style and their custom-made dresses DIDNT FIT! (Literally any brides nightmare when you are making girls spend money to be a part of one of the most important days of your life).Called the store to which the manager, Kelly, got in touch with me immediately to figure out an action plan. We first sent pictures of the girls in their dresses so they could see what was going on, then had the girls go in with the dresses/measure them (to which they said that they would still have recommended the same sizes from the initial appointment) and proceeded to send their dresses off to the manufacturer to see where the disconnect was. The manufacturer got back to us within a couple of weeks and admitted to cutting the dresses too small (not sure why, but thankful they owned up to it).The two girls were able to come in try on dresses for a second time. One girl ended up wanting to order a different dress style to which the Bella staff member took the time to reach out to the manufacturer who eventually approved of this.The quick communication and transparency in what could have been a total disaster was what stood out to me during this whole process. They won me and 8 other girls (7 who still need to get married) over. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Bella Bridesmaids Chicago was amazing and very helpful in making my wedding day as beautiful as it was! My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful experience in the showroom with choosing styles and color! Our stylist had great suggestions and definitely helped out when I knew I wanted my sisters/ maid and matron of honor to stick out, she suggested a different pop of color! My sisters looked beautiful and definitely popped in a shade different than the other bridesmaids! A great experience and I’m so happy with how everyone looked on my special day!

I’ve gone to Bella in Chicago for 4 different bridesmaids dresses and it never disappoints! They have a huge variety of designers, styles and colors that is sure to fit whatever you’re looking for. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a jumpsuit from the Chicago location. I typically wear a size 18/20. After being measured, the sales rep advised me to order a size 24 in the Dessy Arielle jumpsuit. I didnt want this style. But she said it was the only one available in the wedding party color. I was charged a rush fee and extra fabric fee for height and plus size, nearly $400. When I received the jumpsuit it fit HORRIBLY! I contacted the store immediately and was told to find a good tailor. The wedding is in 3 weeks and I dont have a wearable jumpsuit. Cookie cutter patterns dont work for plus size bodies. Making to order is not the same as ready to wear. And for the amount of money charged, it should be ready to wear. I do not recommend ordering from Bella Bridesmaids, especially if youre plus size.

Every dress Ive seen come out of this boutique has been exquisite.First of all lets get things straight, this is not Davids Bridal or Brides Warehouse and if you are looking to spend under $150 for your bridesmaids dress, including alterations, then you are looking in the wrong location. This may not be the best choice for a budget conscious maid but Bella has style that will make you want to cash in your coin jar.Ive been to several weddings which Bella has dressed and each time I catch myself thinking how great all the girls look. Bella has a dress for just about every size woman. Tall and skinny? Check. Short and curvaceous? Check. Bella Bridesmaid has something for everyone in your party and not only will they look beautiful but the girls will feel it as well.Owner/Stylist Erin Wolf has a terrific eye for what looks best on a womans body and has selected the best of the best from over 160 designers. Shell really work with you and try to get you where you want to be and if she doesnt have what youre looking for shell do her best to get it for you. (A word of advice, its better to see the dresses in person than trying to figure out what they might look like online. I say, call and make an appointment, then fall in love with the dress you see in person rather than the model posing on the designers website.)So call to set up your appointment to see the best of the best when it comes to bridal couture, for the other girls standing on the altar with you on your big day.

Good selection of dresses but they dont have very many large sizes. Im an 18 and they gave me an 8 a 10 and a 12 to Try on. Luckily the fabric was stretchy so I can kind of get into it but I truly have no idea what they look like when theyre not suctioned to my body. It was really embarrassing and a very awful experience. The sales girl didnt seem to care but it was upsetting to me.

I have Bridesmaids in Boston and Chicago and thought going through Bella would make things easier for us. My personal experience was great but the other girls had issues. 2 got theres in 2 wrong colors even though they went to the same boutique and asked for Desert Rose. The other 2 in Boston are still waiting for theirs even though it should have been ready 2 weeks ago.I would never recommend. Causing more stress than if they just ordered their dresses online on their own.

Bella had a great selection and range of prices, which was very satisfying. However, two of my bridesmaids did not have a positive experience working with the sales rep; both were pregnant at the time, so they had questions regarding best styles, fit, and adjusting accordingly as the wedding would be immediately postpartum for both. The rep was not able to provide any feedback or guidance, and did not really steer them in any direction. We would expect that it is not uncommon for bridesmaids to be in this situation, so we were surprised by her overall lack of knowledge. Overall, their experience was not very positive as a result. Regardless, the ladies looked fabulous on the big day!

Natalie was amazing. She was nice and super accommodating. I went twice with different parts of the bridal party and she was open and pulling everything we asked. She was on it with the clips and was friendly and polite throughout all the demands. Great experience here and I found a beautiful bridesmaid dress.

I went to Bella Bridesmaids to try on dresses for an upcoming wedding I am in. I paid a fee to try on dresses and to be professionally sized since I had to order my dress from an out of town Bridesmaids shop. I felt that they did not pay attention to me because I was not buying a dress from them. But I was really relying on their expertise and guidance being a first time bridesmaid.I just recently received the dress and based on the measurements from Bella Bridesmaids, I have to pay $120 worth of alterations. The sole purpose for going to Bella Bridesmaids was to avoid paying an obscene amount of money so that my dress will fit.

I have been to Bella many times and it has been a great experience every time!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I would recommend Bella in a heartbeat!!

Bella bridesmaids was an awesome experience. As a bride looking for bridesmaids dresses can be very stressful. However, as soon as I stepped into Bella Bridesmaids they were very helpful and patient with us. They even took the work off my hands and sent constant reminders to my girls to make sure they ordered their dresses timely. Plus they have one all over the US for all of your out of town bridesmaids. Bella bridesmaids of Chicago is awesome and I can’t for my bridesmaids dresses to come in. Even when faced with difficult people (me, sometimes 🙂) they always handle every situation with class and the utmost patience. Thanks Bella girls! You guys are the best!

Dresses are purposefully cut with the intention they will require alterations. Its a smart business model because it ultimately forces everyone in the bridal party to have a custom tailored fitting dress (making their brand of dress of course look fantastic on everyone) without the company having to incur the extra expense of tailoring. But you should expect that at an already high price tag ~$250 youre going to have to add $50-100 for alterations youre forced to get no matter what. This is driven home by the fact there are absolutely ZERO returns or exchanges allowed. I wouldnt recommend bella bridesmaids, there are plenty of other companies especially at that at this price point you can find excellent quality and fit with better customer service and return/exchange policies.

I was recommended to Bella for a bridesmaids dress; however, I am very disappointed in my experience with this particular store. When I first contacted the store, they informed me that I had to book an appointment 2 weeks out. Considering that I had to wait those two weeks for an appointment, I felt rushed the entire hour that was devoted to me. (I drove an hour for this appointment)  Oddly enough, there was another customer who called that same day and was able to walk in and try on dresses during the time I was there. The consultant gave us a first bad impression. They made us sit on the couch and wait which was cutting into our 1 hour time slot we were given. Once she came out of the office instead of first acknowledging us, she sipped on her Starbucks and shuffled through some paperwork. I honestly was not impressed with her choices of dresses she picked out for me, nor did she seem like she was interested in finding the perfect dress for me. For instance, when I didn’t like a particular dress her response would be “ok next dress”.  She kept addressing that our hour was almost over. How rude! We had to ask for her to pull the color swatches. There was a stench coming from her, which we figured it was her breathe. Maybe she was hungover?  I would not recommend this boutique. If you want an amazing experience, I highly recommend Brideside. They squeezed us in after our horrible experience at Bella. We actually had a consultant who knew what she was doing, who had already pulled a variety of dresses based on the conversation I had with her 30 min prior.  Never once felt rushed there. Ended up buying my dress there.

Sent my dress to the wrong bridesmaid. Dress made it to a different state. They’ve been extremely disorganized with limited effort to correct their error. They refused to offer anything to right the situation. Bad customer service.

Dresses are extremely expensive so I am hoping since I am ordering from out of state that they are nice. We had a minor glitch with billing and unfortunately I now have nothing good to say about my experience. I happend to get a phone call from the owner Kathline and she seemed to have a little bit of a power struggle haha. She may have just had a rough day but it was mostly how she said things and the questions she asked to make me feel inferior to her. I am a business owner myself so I feel that when someone is doing business with you (in my case its no longer by choice but I am having to go through Bella to get a Bridesmaids dress) you treat them with upmost respect, give the customer the benefit of the doubt and try to make the experience as smooth as possible. I have a wedding coming up in November and WILL NOT be utilizing Bella for a wedding dress or any services even though I was referred by family.

We didnt end up ordering our dresses from here because they didnt have the colors for us to see in person. They did have a lot of different styles, which helped us to narrow it down.
