The outfits are gorgeous not going to lie but they are not budget friendly! If you have less than $300 they won’t even assist you. You need over $500 to be shopping in the store. And even $500 will be for a light semi heavy outfit that you won’t really like! It’s annoying but this is the reality in majority of the Indian/Pakistani stores in Devon. And bridal clothes, don’t even get me started. They are too over priced! If I had the opportunity to go to Hyderabad I’d go there and buy all of the clothes in a heartbeat. But I had a short time and obviously not everyone can travel just for clothes. The clothes are pretty but like i said, if your conscious is fine with dropping over $1200-$3000 on an outfit you will wear for one day... that’s your desire.

They have all new variety, all price ranges. Employee was helpful, but a little pushy side. But finally purchased a dress, satisfied with purchase.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There is a JUNGLI and RUDE lady named Seema working there who really does not care about making sales or building a positive customer base. She does not know how to talk to customers. The owner needs to observe what goes on inside this store and consider disciplining Seema. The clothes are nice, but the ladies working there are useless. Hope the owner reads this and considers replacing his staff. Your store has beautiful clothing but would also have a better reputation and do so much better if you replaced the staff.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The employees are super nice and helpful, they know exactly what I wanted. It’s my baby’s first Eid and they knew the her size right away just by looking at her. They employees were smiling and so friendly and not one but ALL three employees assisted me in finding the perfect dress for my baby! I would definitely recommend this place because of the friendly employees and the beautiful dresses! and ofcourse GREAT SERVICE!!!

We had a terrible experience with Taj Sari Palace. We had bridesmaid saris ordered in October 2013, and everyone was fitted by December 2013. The wedding is in a few days now in late February, and after numerous phone calls and visits to the shop in the past 2 weeks, Taj Sari Palace still has not fulfilled the order. They have been difficult to get a hold of, and often, the manager is not available. Every time we called, they told us that the order would be ready in the next 2-3 days; however, weve been told this about three times, and each time, they were not able to explain the delay or status of the shipment. They actually tried to make the excuse that the fitting was done too late, when the original agreement and the website clearly states that the order would be ready in 4-6 weeks. It has been nearly 8 weeks now.We did eventually get just one sari for the matron of honor, but it did not fit her appropriately. And now it is too late to fix it. Were now worried if the bridesmaid saris will even fit the others even if they do arrive on time.I just called again to request the status of the bridesmaid saris, and again, they stated it would be here in about 2-3 days (this would be about 2 days before the wedding). I asked what they would do for us if the order was not ready by then, and they had no suggestions, and when I asked to speak to the manager, they hung up on me.I do not recommend Taj Sari Palace at all.

The wort store ever.....the old lady that works there is filled with so much of attitude and so rude....so words to describe... Suggestion to everyone, dont go to this place ....I wish there was 0 star, they are not even worth for 0 star, its like insulting even 0 star ....

Just called. I asked if they sell Sherwanis. The lady asked three times what I am asking about then she hung up . Its a south Asian clothing store. Not a complicated question to answer...

This is the WORST place to shop!!! If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. They were behaving rudely with me the moment I stepped in the store. Sales woman was acting lazy to show me their saris. She Gave us rude and insulting comments multiple times. After all of that, I was desprate to buy a sari that day, so I picked a sari that I liked. It needed the blouse to be stitched. I suggested that I would make half payment and would pay the rest when I picked up the blouse, in order to ensure it got stitched in time and blouse fit the way it was supposed to. The sales woman completely flipped out.. started yelling and made a huge commotion. I was STILL desperate to buy something because I really didnt have any time to shop anywhere else. So I agreed to pay full price up front. I told the saleswoman I would be right back as I needed to take out some extra cash from the atm. when I came back to the store, and as I handed them the money, she outright refused to stitch my blouse for me.... she demanded full payment, and no blouse!! What kind of store refuses a sale!?!? Moral of my long story is. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. SINGLE WORST STORE ON DEVON!!!

Poor and rude customer service.

I have been shopping regularly at this place for almost five years now. I love how they always have the same staff and they will actually remember you from your previous visits! I have previously shopped at other stores on Devon but felt their customer service lacked the respect and etiquette desired. Some I have abandoned due to their haughty behavior/mistreatment with their staff. Taj Sari Palace is my place to go when I need the latest in trend. I shop twice a year on Devon Ave and always find myself to find and buy what I like at Taj Sari, exclusively. Even though I wander into other stores to see what they carry - I come back and make my purchase here (and they know it!)

The worst shop I have been in my entire life, I usually Never review in any, but these cheap people, I saw one saree and was hungry and went out to eat and came back, I could still see the saree but they said it’s already sold and there was not only one, more were there. No option other then one star I wish there were negative stars, such a worst place n people.....

Its a huge store with slightly overpriced desi clothes. But they have a good variety of good clothes so its worth it...an overall good store
