Very pleased with the service I received at Cicero and Grand. I brought a car I was considering buying from a dealer there. They took an hour, checked it out thoroughly, and gave me a link to a very detailed online report complete with videos and recommendations. I was able to take the information back to the dealer and use it to get a price decrease on the vehicle. I definitely recommend Mike and Steve!

Highly recommend Grand & Cicero. They are trust worthy, and do an amazing job when it comes to my auto repairs. We have been going here for a few years and never had an issue. The best thing is that they work hard to get your car fixed and back to you the same day!

I was recommended this place by a body shop I had work done previously and honestly thank god! I was due for an oil change and wanted some real TLC for my car. I was so sick of going to JiffyLube. I felt like every time I left there I got screwed somehow and my car paid the price. Grand & Cicero Service was a huge blessing for me. Mike and his team are so knowledgeable, friendly, professional and overall amazing customer service. They will treat you like family, which is the best when it comes to family owned businesses like this one. They took their time with my car, unlike some places who take a whole 20 mins and send you out the door. They inspected my car so thoroughly, everything that was done was documented and sent to you via email or text before you even walk out. I even got a great estimate for future repairs. Mike and his team are the best. I’ve been taking my BMW there for years. From oil changes to brakes they have always performed the work for a fair price and quick turnaround. Clean shop and a nice waiting area. I would highly recommend G&C, give em a try, they are a reputable shop and take pride in their work.

Wow. Who says you need a guy with you to go to the auto shop to make sure you treated right and not ripped off. Im new to the area and my Nissan Rogue was not giving out heat in negative 15 weather. Steve and Mike are awesome. They took very good care of me and treated me like family. Had to leave my truck overnight and they did not do any damage to my vehicle or make like I needed something that I didnt. They were open and honest and very trustworthy. My truck seems to be heating up just fine. Thanks to them. They are a A+ in my book. Great job!!! I highly recommend this place. You cant go wrong here.

This place has been around forever, that says alot, theyre very meticulous when they work on your vehicle, first they do a thorough inspection send you what needs to be done via text with pictures and the work they do is outstanding, my vehicles will only go to them. Took my 2002 Saturn in for an oil change and diagnostics. Mike took care of my car in a timely fashion and went through the entire diagnostic to give me a rundown of how my car was looking, what was a priority to get fixed and what I could wait on. Great customer attention.

A couple of times the outbound sides elevator was not working. Alot of stairs is hard to handle being disabled also with heart and breathing issues. A very dusty and quiet Metra station. Maybe a marquee signing with live up to date info be handy here?

I Give 2 stars because I must admit Mike was really nice. In the beginning he mad me feel that he was here for me about my car situation. He checked the vehicle let me know what was going on with it and We verbally agreed that he start the work and I will make 3 consecative payment until balance was paid in full in 6 weeks and during this time he will just keep the car. This was a verbal agreement/contract that we discussed Mike and I and agreed too. Well 3weeks later I was given a call from Mike to come and get my vehicle due to he has been moving it around and now have no room for it at the shop and I can pay him once I get the money in full.. I asked did you fix the vehicle? His response was NO! Then he proceeded to say. I will park your car outside, will leave your doors unlock and put your keys under you Mat.. What??No, lock my doors please!!.. Then I asked not having money in full at the time, but just to get some work started at least. I ask well I will have the amount to cover one area that needs to be done can you at least do that and I will pick it up tomorrow? His respond, No just when you get all the money bring it in and we will do all, the car is not drivable.. Me: Im not trying to drive the car Im trying to fix it to my best ability and you said you would start on the car 3 weeks ago.. Mike went into I know, but I dnt do business like that, I did that for someone else yada yada yada.. We had a verbal contract and he kept my car for 3week. Which I didnt need him to keep my car if he wasnt going to do anything, it could have sat in front of my home. He did nothing and then put it out on the street admitted to have been starting and moving the vehicle and when I get there the car has No Antifreezer in it.. The Antifreezer container was bone dry.. One of the reasoning the vehicle was in the shop in the first place because that was leaking.. I had a very bad experience here...Disappointed

I took my car to the Emissions and my car failed. I called and spoke to a Steve about fixing the code P0401 so my car can pass the Emissions. I was told I would have to pay $75 for them to look at and diagnose my car. Why should I pay for something I already know??

Since you cant be bothered to salt and shovel your side walks so people dont fall, I wouldnt trust you with my toy car let alone a real one.
