I showed up at Interstate Automotive on a Monday afternoon with what I assumed were only two bad tires and a faulty check engine light. The manager Tom soon informed me of the additional issues with the engine. He was very thorough in walking me through the next steps and was extremely professional. They let me know it might take more than a day to fix but promised to be as quick as possible as they knew I drove for work. They kept me updated throughout the process and completed ahead of schedule. The entire experience was very professional and helpful and I could tell they valued their customers. I would like to thank Tom and his crew for getting my car straightened out in no time at all. I hadnt been to a full auto shop since moving to Chicago and my experience with Interstate Auto definitely encourages me to return should any more car issues arise.
