I love love love this hair. I shop here at least once a month and use the hair in all of my photoshoots. My go to is always 22, 24, 24 inch bundles with an 18inch frontal. The hair usually last me 3-4 months so I’m able to reuse every wig I make.

I usually drive 2 hours just to get hair from them and I have been doing this for the last couple years. I will no longer shop with them. I had to purchase hair from them 2 weeks apart because of the quality. I reached out to them about this issue, sent pictures and my receipt just for them to tell me they were not going to do anything. Quality is bad now and I would not recommend unless your ok with giving someone over $600 in a month and receiving nappy hair that sheds like a puppy everytime you touch it.

Just bought a bundle deal 22 20 18 it was my first time... now I asked for premium hair!! at first i wanted straight, the premium straight looks great!!!, I changed my mind and got a body wave (curly) !!Do not buy any curly or wavy hair, the hair is trash!!!

Their wholesale program definitely saves you the time and worry about finding a vendor from China. I go in and handpick the hair I want for my clients, I even wear their premium myself. Ive tried multiple vendors here in Chicago and Loxx definitely has the best quality and prices. I was skeptical at first because the prices were so low but they explained that they arent middlemen so they dont have to jack up the price. First I emailed and made a appointment he called and I told the guy I wanted a body wave wig in 24 inch. He said sure come pick it up. The drive was 1 hour 15 minutes just to get there and the lady said that they were sold out and wont have any more for a week. I asked did you sell my wig to someone else. No they been out of stock. Then tried to sell me water wave and dismissed me when I told her thats not what I wanted. Poor business and communication skills. Customer service is everything to me and they lack all of that. Never even made it far enough in the process to give a good review of the product. Dont do it!

Bought a closure from here and it was bald by the end of the week

I purchased a frontal almost a month ago. Frontal was shipped out after 3 days but for some reason it was returned to sender. I was told I wouldn’t receive my funds until the frontal was received and processed by USPS. Well USPS has received the product back and has processed it and still no refund. This is why I do not support black owned businesses. It took you one day to take my money out of the account but a month to receive a refund. NEVER EVER AGAIN

I use Loxx as the best means of ensuring I give my clients a wide range of both prices and quality. Not everyone has $400 extra dollars to spend on hair plus a sewin. Knowing and understand the grade is also very important. Preferably for my clients I tell them to get the Luxury Collection as the quality is definitely higher, the rest comes down to how clients take care of the hair. Very friendly and informative staff as well which is a plus.

I like the prices but $45.00 in tax is a little extreme.

I love Loxx Hair. It is a great convenience to be able to go to a store to purchase quality hair instead of ordering it although ordering and shipping is an option. The prices are more than reasonable The hair is very nice and lasts as it should with proper care. I am able to do multiple installs with my hair. Absolutely worth the investment.

DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR. This is a honest review i purchased 613 colored hair 3 bundles and a frontal. When I opened the hair it smelled as if they didn’t wash it after they processed it. It was a very strong bleach smell. I wash it with shampoo and water and as I’m washing I notice the hair is very stingy as if the hair has been over processed. Once I let the hair air dry it begins to shed ALOT as I’m bushing it out. HAIR EVERYWHERE! I NEVER EXPERIENCED HAIR AS BAD AS THIS I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS HAIR AGAIN! DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR! $400 WASTED.

These good reviews have to have been bought because the wig I received was absolutely horrible. I ordered a customized 1b, 26 inch, 150 density, lace frontal wig. My stylists tried to bleach the knots and it would barely dye. It was hard to pluck which made it hard to lay flat. Then within 3 days this hair tangled so bad I had to keep a brush on hand at all times. They said all wigs are used with the luxury hair but it seems like this was some cheap ali express hair. I was soooo disappointed. Maybe the premium hair is better because that wig was NOT IT.

Bought a wig from here dispite all the bad reviews because Loxx uses “Swiss lace” instead of “French lace”, which i really can appreciate because Swiss lace gives you more of a transparent install. However this wig was horrible & only lasted 1week...when i first got it installed i knew it wasn’t “the best” hair I’ve ever had but i was just like ok it’s cool i can work with it because it’s not horrible. About 5days in the hair started to look thin & stringy so I’m like ok let me wash it (the hair tangled from day one & lots of shedding) really trying to compromise because i like the Swiss lace so much..then i wash it & at first it felt a little better so i flat ironed it & it became a tangled & shedding MESS! It was embarrassing, the wig started to look thin & the tangling was so bad i needed to brush this hair every 30min. I called the store to explain what happened & how i wasn’t satisfied with my purchase & the lady asks me if i could send pictures of the hair because i explained to her I’m at work & I’m going out of town in 2days & i couldn’t come there to show her the wig however i was willing to give the company a second chance (at a discounted rate) because i had just bought hair literally a week ago. So the lady first told me to send pictures then she changed her mind & said i needed to come there to show her the wig because they only sell “premium luxury hair” I’m like okayyy so i like how I’m inconvenienced because YOUR hair was trash..i could have sent the pictures but unfortunately i couldn’t come to the shop because i had to work..anyway i bought a wig from Lavish AR not too far from this place hope this hair is better!!

I’ve been doing hair here in Chicago for quite some time. I’ve tried everyone’s hair here in the city and I mean everyone’s! What makes Loxx’s selection the best in the city is the fact that they have different collections and price ranges to meet every customer. Not all of my customers have a lot of money to spend on hair, so I send them down to Loxx so they can match their hair with their pocketbook. There’s no such thing as the Perfect company but I appreciate that they try to accommodate everyone’s preference and price range instead of being like these people in the city who charge crazy prices for poor quality. All I can say to people looking to visit is to go in and ask questions, don’t just buy the cheapest thing, match your preferences with their Collections.

Hello I was at your store today with my friend and bought a full lace wig. I have not wash or cut the hair yet. I took it out the bag to brush it and got a ball of hair back, its shedding so badly, and difficult to run your hand thru it. This hair is no where close to best quality as you guys advertised. Its quality very similar to aliexpress vendors, I would had been better off getting such poorly quality hair from them and saving over 100s of dollars rather buying from loxx of hair. I work hard for my money for someone to sell me a lie. I will be in your store tomorrow for my refund. You have definitely lost a new customer today. I am so upset what a waste of gas and time .
