Im not much for writing reviews, but the poor customer service my husband and I received here warranted a post. Last month we made an appointment to see the items in the show room. Following our meeting with the floor rep, she expressed that she would get quotes out to us in the next week. We have now tried to contact her on two separate occasions for those quotes and each time its the same response, Ill send them over tomorrow. It has now been six weeks and we still have not heard anything from her. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere (and so should you).

Knowledgeable staff. Deep inventory although some items may need to be ordered. Good taste.

Derek Flaum and Crawford Supply are both amazing! Derek went to bat for me when I had a problem with a delivery and made sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. The customer service at Crawford Supply cannot be beat!

We bought many faucets and plumbing fixtures through Crawford Supply when we built a high-end building on the North Shore. After three years the faucets failed. Brian in customer service worked on our behalf to have the manufacturer send us new parts! Thank you- the follow up is so much appreciated!

I have been very happy in my experience working with Derek Flaum at Crawford Supply. He helped me with the purchase of a custom vanity for a master bathroom. I really appreciated how quickly he turned the estimates, how upfront he was about timing and pricing of different manufacturers, and how quickly he responded with any questions I had. Though Im sure my vanity is not a big-ticket sale at all, Derek treated me as though I was a highly valued customer, and even recommended some contractors when he heard things had not gone well with someone I had hired. He has really gone above and beyond on customer service.

Beautiful kitchen and bathroom showroom with tons of great options. They had everything I needed to completely redo a bathroom and the design help was excellent. I recommend dropping by. Youll get great ideas right away...

We are an established Design/Build firm located on the North Shore of Chicago, specifically Wilmette. In 2018 we completed work on a Modern Farmhouse and chose to work with Crawford Supply in the design of both the kitchen & Master Bathroom. We couldnt be happier with the outcome.Jim Laxner was our on point salesperson at Crawford located in the Chicago showroom. We spent many months refining the details of both the Kitchen and Master Bath working to achieve the best result our budget would allow while maintaining the appropriate character of the house. Jims years of experience were invaluable and his service unmatched. I would highly recommend him to all and will definitely work together with him on future projects!

The showroom was beautiful. They had exactly what I wanted in stock. The sales people were super nice, too! And theres parking in back.

Bought two toilets from here and both broke within two years and had to replace.

Its awful service there the sale man no responsibility after talking my money if you have a problem never heard anything from him again especially two older man at the front desk is bad attitude and negative to customer, they are delivered a toilet with out a tank, they were make me paid the tank again, also delivered wrong thing and wont let me returned.
