My husband has a 1963 Chevy impala that he is restoring in the winter of 2020 when Chicago had that big snow storm the garage roof fell on the roof of the car and put a huge dent in the roof of the car. Well Orlandos fixed it and you cant tell that the roof of the car has ever been damage for my husbands sake Im happy that Orlando existence. Really amazing workmanship I highly recommend this place. I was referred to Orlando Glass and Trim by Perillo BMW, which was unable to perform the work I needed. Bob Orlando and his familys business are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I had a roadsters rear window replaced at his shop. He gave me a reasonable estimate, so I asked him to also consider removing a dent on the front of the hood and installing a pair of new grilles I had acquired. Again, his estimate was reasonable. Bob not only fixed the dent and replaced the grilles, but he also repainted the hood at no additional charge, thus honoring his original estimate to the penny. There were no surprises when the time came to pay the bill... other than he went beyond the work anticipated and didnt charge extra. I appreciate his honesty, effort to meet his deadlines, and his and his employees dedication to providing good customer service.

First off very professional, friendly and most importantly honest. They are fair priced not high nor to low but just right. I got recommended and I got to say they did a outstanding job of fixing a sunroof problem that I had with my 2015 Tahoe. They were very attentive and helpful. If you need help or services done with in their services I highly recommend them. One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with business.

My convertible soft top wouldn’t go down because the back side window regulator broke. My regular mechanic was not able to fix it.Searching around - Orlando glass & trim was highly recommended by several resources - I went over & Robert immediately identified the problem, was friendly, made me feel comfortable with the service and gave me a written quote that was $100s less than the other shops I checked out.Took a little longer than promised, but the work & service was great.I would / will recommend anytime!

I cant say enough great things about Orlando. I bought a used car, just to find out that it was sold to me with a low end windshield and no sensor when the rear-view mirror completely fell off. With an astronomical price to replace the windshield, mirror, and sensor, I went searching elsewhere. That is when I was referred to Orlando, which would end up being the best decision I could make. I dealt with Kathy, Ernie, and Bob. They are the most personable, friendly, and honest people I couldve hoped to get advice from. I had no idea what I should do, and they gave me a couple of different options at different price points, and pointed me in the right direction. I was advised to go with an after-market glass instead of the OE brand because it was significantly less expensive, and would do the job just as well. This shows how honest and caring they are about their customers as they couldve easily told me to go the more expensive route, but instead pointed me in the most cost-effective direction, which I greatly appreciated. On top of the experience being incredible, the work matches my expectations completely. The windshield looks incredible, the sensors all work better than they ever have, and I am so happy with the final product. Amazing service!We had our car broken into and a window smashed out. (They got away with a couple dollars in change and a pair of fireball sunglasses you get for free at the bar at 1am, but anyway). Very reasonable pricing, done in about 3hrs. Everyone was very nice and they even cleaned the car of glass, which was no small feat because my so is kinda messy.Will be our go-to place for next time someone needs laundry money.

While I was in town visiting, our car window was broken. They were able to get the window and had it installed a few hours later and we were able to get on the road. Very helpful and the price was significantly lower than where my insurance tried to send me.

I’d give them 0 stars if possible. Made an appointment on Saturday for Monday, leaving a $ deposit. Sunday i had a meeting come up around the same time as the appointment, but they are closed Sunday so I couldn’t call to reschedule. I called them when they opened on Monday to reschedule, and they refused to apply my deposit. So they just lost $300 in business over their greed of a $35 deposit.

Orlandos auto glass does a great job on the work that they do Im not here to slander them Im here to share my experience with them. I took my classic convertible to them so they can put a new top when I arrived there nothing wrong with my bars on the top when Ernie called me to come in so he can give me a price my bars or damage. They will tell you that you need more than what you really need this is why I say take your car other shops one or two so you can get estimates and see what the problem is if you go directly to them you will get ripped off. Please make sure you take a video of your car all the way around inside and out before leaving it at Orlandos glass that way you can have proof when you pick up your car that there was no damages & the new damage was caused by them. Like I said they do great work but theyre very expensive and they will make you buy things you do not need I went in there for a job they cost 250 they damage my car I have to pay $1000 worth of damages and I was told I have no proof so now Im stuck paying the damages I would never take my car back to them again.... thanks everyone have a nice day

I saw this place when I was at an auto parts store down the street a while ago and when I needed to have my sunroof replaced (long story) I decided to give these guys a try. They wound up doing such an outstanding job I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Just had my second glasswork job completed in the last 2 months. The turnaround time is amazing (both times were same-day serviced) and cost was very low compared to my dealers garage. I will be back whenever my car needs work.

My car got broken into and we called around several places to try to get it fixed day of (on a Saturday). Everywhere told us we had to wait until Monday or later, until we called Orlandos. They were able to fit us in right away, send someone to pick up the window, and have it fixed within a few hours, including vacuuming the broken glass out of my car. They were great.
