Id give less than a star if it was an option.These people obviously dont know how think logically when loading freight onto a trailer, they left our customers freight susceptible to being damaged even against the drivers will and advice to adjust the freight. At the end of the day though, our driver doesnt have access to their forklift so he was stuck to run the freight as loaded and they have the audacity to try to pin responsibility on the driver. Absolutely unprofessional.

We were required to work with Freeman for the IFT18 convention.1. They refused a delivery of show supplies that arrived at the proper time and were properly labeled. They then requested UPS Redeliver them AFTER the show. To fix the problem we had to hire a private courier company at additional expense.2. They failed to used the provided Bill of Lading for the return shipment resulting in the shipment being lost, costing more and being improperly insured.3. The freight was damaged in shipment and wouldnt have been a big issue, but because Freeman didnt use the proper BOL, the insurance process is in limbo.4. 10 plus phone calls to try and get the problem sorted out and NOT ONE RETURN PHONE CALL.DO NOT WORK WITH FREEMAN. IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WORK WITH FREEMAN CONSIDER NOT ATTENDING THE TRADE SHOW. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING FREEMAN TO MARSHALL YOUR CONVENTION, DONT.
