Meeting Tomorrow was the only one who could get me the equipment I needed in time at a reasonable price.They were easy to work, very responsive, and customer service was friendly and helpful. I used Meeting Tomorrow for the first time a week ago. Our company was attending a trade-show in Las Vegas and needed iPads for the event. The Customer Service I received was bar to none. The first rep I spoke with asked all the right questions in order for me to make an informed decision on the exact type of equipment I needed. They worked with me to have the items expedited to my home address to ensure I had the units on time. They provided all that I needed for the return shipment to make the process as easy as possible. During the entire process, the level of communication was superb and required no additional follow-up on my end. I received the confirmation from the sales team on my order via e-mail, a confirmation of the shipping notification with tracking numbers, a follow-up confirming delivery, a reminder e-mail about returning the units and finally a follow-up to ensure they met my expectations. On top of all of this, they offered the most competitive rates compared to several other vendors I spoke with. This experience was so high, that they will be my go to audio/visual support vendor for all future events I attend. You definitely will be more than satisfied with their services.
Meeting Tomorrow is a phenomenal rental company. The equipment rented out was top notch and I never had a problem the two months I rented them. When we had a theft they sent replacements immediately. Above all, the staff is remarkably friendly and eager to help in any way possible!

I used Meeting Tomorrow for the first time in July for an off-site conference I was managing. The conference center wanted $9000 for what MT charged me $2600. Definately worth going outside the conference center - dont let hotels scare you and say you can only use their people. I also had an issue with the size of the screen I ordered since I didnt realize how large my room would be. MT had a bigger screen delivered and setup before the meetings the next day. I called their 24 line the night before and they were able to assist me right away. I will definitely be using them for my conference next year!
I work for a company that works with EPA and FEMA in providing Emergency Response Support when natural disasters occur in the US. Unfortunately, there have been quite a few natural disasters in our country in the past 6 months that require immediate support, and a lot of it. I highly Do Not recommend them. They wouldnt give me any information until theyd collected a lot of information from me. They called me back more than 24 hours after I needed the equipment I asked for, and their quote was 8x higher than the highest quote Id received. Yes, 8x higher. They were a complete waste of my time. Dont waste yours.

My organization hired Meeting Tomorrow for our equipment rentals during a series of large events we were hosting this summer. We wanted to take advantage of the Facebook Live technology thats being used, and rented iPads and tripods so we could broadcast. Jessie Guth, our account representative has been very attentive and great to work with for these events. Theyll have a local rep. check in on you and deliver your equipment to you the day before your event. This was very convenient and reasonably priced and well be ordering from this company again soon!
They really only care if you have a recurring high-spending opportunity for them. They really dont care if youre a small business. They treated me with disdain and condescendence. Also their prices are high, I found cheaper options in NYC.
