I needed my ice maker fixed and tried giving my business to the community but unfortunately Martin the guy who answered the phone and is apparently in charge of scheduling never took me seriously. He told me several times that he was sending someone and that if someone didnt show up then he would. After the third day of calling I went with Windy City Appliance Repair Service. They returned my call twice and kept me up to date when they were running behind schedule. They also fixed my problem, immediately. Windy City will take credit cards unlike Cermak which only takes cash. Its a shame when you want to use your local resources but they dont respond.
