Good customer service, excellent demonstration of product, great warranty

Store located on the westside which had me skeptical, but I went in anyway. Store was clean, organized, and well lit. Not what I was expecting at all. Needed a washer and dryer set - wanted something like new but not at the price of new which is why I was in a USED appliance store anyway. The manager was very helpful, and honest about the appliances and worked with my budget. I also got a rug. (And all the furniture was BRAND NEW!) They Offered same day delivery which I am headed home to receive now. Glad I didnt listen to the hype and gave them a try.

This place has excellent deals and prices. It is very clean inside and the staff are professional and friendly. This is not place I would suspect to be in the hood of Chicago. If you looking for deals, and great services, I would definitely recommend them for furniture and appliances.

This business has very rude, uneducated, and unknowledgeable People working. Inquired about mattresses. The sales woman was ignorant and the older man was as well. Do not shop here. Will never recommend them to anyone. No stars for unintelligence!

No stars just got a used refrigerator after 36 hours it do not work. they offered an extended warranty on this product and it didnt even last two days, I think im going to report them. I give them -10 stars

Horrible. Everything they sell is broken! I went and spent $300 on a washer and dryer. The washer didnt work. Washed clothes like it was on its last leg. Went back and they gave me another one. After an argument with the staff of course. They gave me another one. Broke. Spin cycle sounded loud enough to wake the neighbors on the next block #terribleterribleterrible and they dont give refunds!#justanotherstoreonmadisontryingtogetover

Fragile and dirty furniture. The owner is a very sarcastic and persistent individual. Similar to a street hustler!

I really won’t recommend no one to shop with them.! Because they are very unprofessional!! Never will I shop again with them !!!!

The owner leaves the signs in the window that say Washers and Dryers starting at $89, but he doesn’t have any in there for that price. He lets you know he won’t have any for a while so I don’t see why he can’t take the signs down.Also they don’t close at 6 like it states online. They close at 5.

I was sold a refrigerator that went bad a month later and they charged me $75 to fix it talking about I should’ve gotten a extended warranty, something they didn’t tell me about, now the refrigerator is doing the same thing..I would never do business with them again..Buyers beware

I bought from there they got horrible service I got a refrigerator from there it did not work in the first 5 days they try to send someone out there to repair it a status give me a new one they gave me a hard time they finally I talked to the boss and he gave me another one they dont even guarantee the ice maker but they guarantee the refrigerator that is the refrigerator too so anyone that think of buying there dont do it bad refrigerators go by and knew thats a bad store to buy from they sell it defective refrigerators Dont buy any products from there I was just satisfied with that place fat people bad prices bad product
