Neil and Veronica were incredible, patient and intuitive! We spent 3 hrs trying on dresses, nothing but smiles, suggestions and laughs. Thank you guys for making this the best experience ever for my daughter and I. If your looking for a dress for any occasion, come here and spend time with them. Soooo worth it!!!!!

BE AWARE!!!! The manager at this location, Andrew, is extremely rude and impatient. I generally do not write reviews because everyone has a bad day now and then!!! However, we went into this location three separate times and we were treated rudely on all three occasions. Andrew would definitely benefit from some customer service training or perhaps just trying to be a tad bit polite to customers visiting his store. Dress shopping is supposed to be a fun occasion and dealing with Andrew and his terrible attitude was anything but! Unfortunately the dress my daughter fell in love with was not available in any other store or honestly I would have left the store immediately, paid double the price and driven wherever necessary anywhere else, just to not have to interact with Andrew. He has no clue how to treat a customer, even at one point telling my 16 year old daughter she was a liar. Why would we lie about wanting to purchase a dress? Communication and customer satisfaction is key and clearly Andrew is lacking in both areas. If your loved one finds a dress at this location, I suggest you try and deal with one of the other employees besides Andrew, the manager.
