Ive been yearning for pink crocs in all stores, ventures, Skechers, and so on I need them for a companions birthday that is coming up. I became baffled, so I went into the store and requested one from the partners to arrange them for me. It required some investment however she was positive and didnt appear to be disturbed by any stretch of the imagination. Much thanks to You Krystal(I trust Im spelling it right) You have made me day such a great deal better. She truly needs these crocs! Much obliged to you!

Staff was extremely helpful, my salesperson Sara was prompt in providing the sizes I needed to try on and recommending other selections. Thumbs up!! Will go again!!

My friend and i weren’t able to find a pair of shoes at the journey’s location near us. we called this location and they said they had the shoes and put them on hold for us. we drove over an hour to this store and the shoes weren’t the correct style, color, size (the two shoes were different sizes), and weren’t even supposed to be up for sale. they offered no sympathy and didn’t have any other shoes in my friends size. my friend said if there was an option for 0 stars, she would give it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM SAM THE SO CALLED STORE MANAGER AT CHICAGO RIDGE MALL. Went to Pleasant WI location, they did not have the size i needed. They called around, got Chicago Ridge and was adised they would hold the shoe. Get all the way (40+) miles to Chicago Ridge and 2 pairs of shoes dirty in the box. I was disgusted because I came a long way to get the shoes for my daughter Christmas gift. Sam says She can only give 10 percent discount and with a horrible attitude and would not call her manager NOR give contact information. I am very disappointed and will NEVER go there again.!!!! Sales rep Kevin was as helpful as he could be considering the situation. He did at least try and clean the shoe.
