Just picked up my new kicks here, people are nice. Store is clean.

Just left the store had five people standing around workers of course nobody here to help me I just decided to take my business somewhere else I guess they make so much money and have so many sales that they don’t need another one terrible service. I stood standing around for five minutes without somebody saying anything everybody was just looking at me like I was an alien then they wonder why sales are down the manager should be fired! I will be sharing my experience with corporate see if they care I doubt it to.

I wish I could give this place a zero star rating!!Absolutely horrible customer service and comple lack professionalism! China, who is the store manager is completely in the wrong line of service. I do not know who promotes her to this position. I spend thousands of dollars at Champs and this is by far the worst location I have ever been too.Everyone working in this location is ghetto and do not know their products. I will NEVER shop at this champs again nor will I recommend this location.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I ordered shoes and had them shipped to the store for pickup with no problem.

They never answer the phone. I have witnessed this while shopping. 2 clerks just looking at a ringing phone. Thinking that this was just 2 clerks being lazy, I have since called to ask about a specific sweatshirt and it just rings and rings and rings. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
