I recently got City Brews new praline white mocha and it was incredible!!! I recommend using oat milk in the drink. Go get one!

The service, and my coffee, were great! Ariana was friendly and made sure she got my order correct. I hardly had any wait time at all for my drinks to be made, and they were delicious! They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The coffee shop is conveniently located and was very clean with a friendly atmosphere.

Nice to see a business in Cheyenne following county health department edict. Coffee great. Breakfast sandwich about what one expects. Cinnamon bun looked fabulous but alas. Only caveat... vendor shows up to deliver raw materials and he has no mask. The chain is only so strong as its weakest link. Still, I’ll be back.

I love how friendly and warm the environment at City Brew is. This is the second or third time Ive taken my Service dog in while I relax with a hot drink to do some work and Ive been welcomed with lots of friendly smiles and great service. My only complaint is I wish theyd give dogs a different treat then Milk Bones. Theyre really bad for dogs and I enjoy giving my pup a treat while I enjoy mine. Please get better treats to hand out to our furry friends 🥰🐕‍🦺

Great customer service, the baristas make the coffee/smoothies super fast and always have a positive attitude/smile (under the mask). The lobby is open with limited seating to ensure the safety of everyone. The line is much quicker than Starbucks, and about the same price. Their mocha with raspberry is delicious as well as their mango smoothie. Contribute to a local company instead of the monopolizing corporations!

Nice place but i must say they require you to wear a mask to enter and order but then as soon as you are done ordering you walk approximately 8-10 ft and then you sit down and dont need a mask. i scratch my head on that one because it makes no sense to me! if you have the lobby open then why do you require mask? the stupidest thing ever! so if you are sick then sit 10 ft away without your mask and contaminate the air but make sure you wear a mask to order

If you love cold coffees or frapas then get the Grizzly.... it has to be heavens daily cold coffee

Really quick and helpful and informative staff made my trip to the drive-thru breeze and enjoyable the coffee is spectacular I had a grizzly granita its a peanut butter infused coffee drink and it was amazing. The polite cashier behind the drive-thru window even at the time to inform me that there is a survey I could fill out for a chance to win a $50 gift card on the receipt.

FINALLY a Cheyenne business worth going to. Im not sure why this town just cant seem to get it right when it comes to customer service but City Brew is one exception to the rule of poor service in Cheyenne. Great friendly staff and tasty beverages.

Fantastic drive up coffee stand, fantastic baristas that gave us great conversation while waiting at the window. Best of all every single barista that we could see in there was wearing a mask which cant be said of other Coffee shops in the area.

Pass Starbucks and go here instead! Excellent customer service! We come here frequently and theyre always very friendly and efficient. In my experience, out of dozens of orders theyve only made one mistake and fixed it immediately and were very polite and apologetic.

I always like to try supporting local places instead of supporting Starbucks. I gave this place a shot. unfortunately my latte wasnt the greatest. Had a very funny flavor, almost as if the milk was spoiled. I will give it one more shot the next time I pass through.

This place is amazing. I love their coffee. I’d consider it better than Starbucks. I went today while Erica. Elora, and Sheridan. They were very helpful and courteous. Definitely would recommend.

Always great coffee. I tend to get a mocha -extra shot- half flavor and there’s no mystery how it will take. They’re always consistent in making their drinks. Also their croissants are great as is their pastries. Great indoor environment too!

I have went there twice and out of stuff to make both my drinks. This morning I went there and wait in the drive through for five mins just to pull up and they say we are having maintenance issues we will open at 730. They didnt even put a sigh up just have people sitting waiting. NOT COOL CITY BREW. To many mess ups so little time. I will not be back

Starbucks will never get my money again. My order was messed up and I called to let them know. They remade it for me and gave me a Luke coupon card. Was very sweet but that wasn’t the most amazing part. I went back there next day and ordered my drink and when I went to pay they stopped me and told me it was on them because they still felt bad. I’m amazed they remembered and gave me a free drink. Wonderful customer service and love the staff.

This place has friendly workers but they get my order wrong just about every other time I come here and they are SO INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! Make sure if you are getting an iced drink that you tell them it is iced at least 15 times or they will make it hot.... this has happened to me FOUR TIMES! Going back to Starbucks.

I am now working in Cheyenne. I was SO excited to the City Brew. What an extreme disappointment. Erica the person who took my order was beyond rude. She was extremely unhelpful and when I asked about the rewards program she rolled her eyes and acted like a was putting her out to explain their program and promote their company. I clearly wasn’t done ordering and she kept giving me a total!!! I will NEVER EVER be back and I will spread the word how this company obviously doesn’t want my business or that of any of my hundreds of clients.

The staff here are friendly and the ambience is probably the best in town. I like the cozy fireplace. Even the day old pastry offerings can be a nice treat as are the sandwiches on offer. The drinks are good and this location makes it easy to get in and out on a busy day.

The best coffee I’ve found in CheyenneEdit: their lattes are good, but most of the employees don’t know how to make a cafe au lait. Only one out of four or five times that I’ve ordered one have they made it with steamed milk. Recently they hand out drinks in messy cups that are spilling all over the place. Since I prefer cafe au laits instead of lattes i usually go to paramount now.

I just moved to Cheyenne. I am kind of a coffee snob so was looking for a coffee shop on the east side of town that was not the a dreaded Starbucks. This place is GREAT!! Their coffee is smooth, their flavors are wonderful, their vibe/environment is infectious, and they always make my dog feel so special with their puppuccinos! I recommend this place to anyone I come across and stop by on my way to work often.

Very modern atmosphere with hightop tables and a fireplace! Veronica the store manager was very knowledgeable and helpful with selecting the perfect drink for us. City Brew is definitely a must stop when in Cheyenne. They have a huge variety of coffees (hot and cold), snacks and food with vegan options as well.

Um only here to visit but this is my new coffee place when we come to see the in laws. The staff is amazing and coffee is wonderful. Military discount as well. Def gonna miss this place when we head home. But while we are here I will enjoy this ooace very much.

Went for a Jeeps and Java meeting. Had a mocha frappe and it was yummy. Tried a chocolate chip cookie also. It was great and huge. Nice place with a great atmosphere.

The coffee here is actually pretty great. We had this for the first time about a month ago and we were pretty satisfied. We are use to Tim Hortons in the Midwest but this place really hit the spot.

I used to work at City Brew in MT, and it’s by far my favorite coffee brand. Not here. I gave this location 3 tries before deciding on my feedback. Every drink I have received has been really gross. My granita was poorly mixed and tasted “dirty”, my chai tasted like I was drinking strait syrup. I even bought a bag of beans and they were burned and tasted like charcoal—it was disgusting. If I didn’t live an hour away, I would’ve wanted my money back or an exchange or something. They don’t use the original city brew ingredients as the locations in Montana, so it just tastes like you’re ordering from Starbucks. If you are looking for a top quality coffee experience, this isn’t it. I gave 2 stars because the ladies were nice. My guess is poor training and poor management.

Good latte when they first opened, but have tried 3 times since and they all had no syrup or coffee flavor in spite of extra shots. Ask for extra hot and theyre lukewarm. Go to City Brew in Casper & Billings and get excellent drinks.

I love this coffee shop. I would go here over starbucks any day. The environment here is much more relaxed and more welcoming. I dont feel so rushed when I come here. The coffee here too, is just a better taste in my opinion. The flavors in the coffee are much stronger than starbucks while the coffee taste is mellowed out. So you can taste the other flavors much more.

Great drinks with better customer service. When I asked questions about the products, the woman at the counter answered my questions thoroughly. Their prices are better than the prices at Starbucks, and I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone and everyone.

City Brew exists somewhere between local coffee, and national chains.It has local names, and excellent coffee but it doesnt offer the same local feel of some other cafes in the area.If youre looking for a wonderfully consistent cup of coffee, this is a perfect place to frequent.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the products here. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that in the morning when you are trying to get to work they are not quick. No sense of urgency. Also, they always ask what I had when I get to the window. When you ask if I want something heated and I say NO then dont heat it please. Aside from that I continue coming weekly and the consistency of the coffee and snacks are great!

Great Stop but surprisingly empty on a Saturday. Prices as high as Starbucks and very slow. A bit commercial for Cheyenne. How they keep it going I dont know, lot of overhead.

On the occasion that I received the wrong drink I contacted the company. They responded with kate g. saying she wanted to make it right but when I emailed my address she ignored my email. When I contacted the company again to find out what happened Kate lied and said she never got my email so I responded again with providing my address. Kate did nothing. Starbucks makes mistakes but they will take action to make it right. City brew HATES the customer and it shows. Btw Kates manager called me when I pointed out the dishonesty and made it seem like I was lying. I forwarded the sent emails showing Kate lied and they have done nothing. I still have not received the drink I ordered in June.

I got my order quickly. The morning mountain coffee tastes lovely, as does the monkey bread.

The interior is definitely warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. However there drinks were kinda just okay. Ill try them again soon and update my rating accordingly.
