Menu board was inaccurate. Drive thru was timely and good food otherwise. Bagel was food, creamcheese had bigger than expected bits of fruit but good. I will go back but the wrinkled inaccurate paper in the window is a bit ghetto. Of your menu is going to be a small print piece of printer paper you could at least cross out what you dont have.

I love this place. The bagels are delicious and the staff members are always very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Been here numerous times and they used to be good. But now anytime we go here there is almost no cream cheese on the bagels. We will be going somewhere else on Saturdays for now on.

I went a couple of days ago to pick up a couple of there Mediterranean veg out bagels while my wife was getting eye surgery. When she opened her bagel it was just hummus so we went back and told them,; t seemed to make them mad that we were there. The u guess owner told us that it was my fault my order was wrong because the lady taking orders is hard of hearing and basically that I was stealing from them becauseivgot 2 lunch bagels for $5.70 but I paid $15.70 I have found her attitude a bit rude in the past and the food over priced for what you get.The only reason I may go back is because they have the only vegan sandwich in the morning.

The bagels and breakfast sandwiches are good, but you have to try the muffins. The cinnamon crumble is the BEST muffin I have ever had the pleasure of eating. This may now be my go to.

Their food is absolutely delicious. My wonderful granddaughter asked if we could go there. And I really like it.

Our bagel sandwiches were AMAZING. The lettuce was fresh and crisp, the meats were good cuts that tasted delicious. The garlic bagel and everything bagel were delicious. Great customer service very welcoming environment. Will be eating here again.

We came with my mom who was recovering from knee surgery. The kind lady who took our order the last time we came for coffee held the door and was helpful with ordering during both visits. Our food and coffee was excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant, amazing customer service. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone wanting breakfast.

I showed up early this morning before they opened but they still made me a couple of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had! These are great salt of the earth people! I’ll always choose big apple over a chain store!

This is a great place to visit if youre looking to surprise your coworkers with breakfast. They have a vast bagel selection, different kinds of cream cheese and other breakfast options. My coworkers really enjoyed the muffins in particular. Also, you can order ahead online so its all ready and paid for when you get there.

Treated rudely. Very disappointed in the whole transaction and the product. I was so flustered by the was I was spoken to when I asked if this was the normal amount of cream cheese put on the bagels (every place does it different), I accidentally knocked my bagel off the seat of my car onto the floor. The lady at the window scoffed and closed the window. I gladly would have ordered and paid for another bagel. I then felt so embarrassed for asking a question, then being scoffed at for my mishap, I just got out of there as quickly as I could. I would feel embarrassed to ever go back.

Food is decent but they are cheap and rude. Tried to charge us for water because apparently they dont have it on tap. Ordered a cold brew and the lady filled it to the brim with ice before pouring a minuscule amount of coffee into the cup. Really pathetic for over $2. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I enjoyed my experience at Big Apple Bagels. I went in the day they opened and they were packed (naturally as new businesses are) I still received my food in a timely manner and staff treated me very well. Plan on visiting for breakfast in the morning whenever I get the chance.

Had the Sausage, egg n cheese on sesame. It was good. Bagels are not as big as the ones I get in the NY delis. Prices are fair.

This place has a great variety on their menu. I have tried several different items and am thoroughly impressed. Everything served is fresh and delicious. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. The atmosphere in the lobby is clean and confortable. I can tell there has been a lot of work put into improving this establishment since taco johns was last in this building. Way to go guys keep up the good work!

Bagels were as good as any at other Western chains. Someone looking for a New York style will be disappointed. Otherwise youll be fine. Very friendly and helpful counter staff and open earlier than the rest of the options!

Coming from New York, a good bagel is hard to come by. However, Big apple bagels have yet to let me down. Their bagels are not doughy and rarely hard to bite into.Every time I come here I usually see a new face, but Im never disappointed with their service. Today I came in with coupons. They had run out of poppy and sesame bagels so she asked if they can make some for me. She offered me a cup of coffee while I wait. I left with fresh bag of bagels, a great cup of coffee and an amazing breakfast sandwich. I always come back!Thanks guys (:

Update 4/9/18 - I come here fairly frequently for lunch. Turkey and Havarti on a bagel is out of this world. My original review was when they first opened, so service was pretty slow. This has greatly changed. Fast service, excellent food, muffins that are to die for and very friendly employees.Original review: Good food, friendly service. Going through the growing pains of just opening (service is a bit slow right now, something that will improve quickly I am sure - been there, done that) love the muffins, will be trying bagels next.

The bagels were great. The muffins were very sweet. We tried the lemon one and an onion one. Others had the French toast one who cinnamon cream cheese. Loved it.

First experience at Big Apple Bagels was fantastic! The staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The food is great, when they say made fresh, from scratch, in store everyday... you can believe it!

Went there Saturday April 11th and saw a little white dog pass from the back to the lobby area. Wife went there today the 15th and watched as a little boy carried a small black dog to the back area. Didn’t know this was a pet store.

One of my fav lunch spots. The bagel sandwiches are so good. Turkey havarti on jalapeño bagel is my go to. It’s always fresh and very affordable. The people that work there as well as the owners are so friendly. Can’t go wrong with the muffins either!!

Opening day was a disappointment, wife and i ordered two breakfast sandwiches, the bagels themselves were delicious, egg were good however they forgot to put our meat on the sandwiches. Realized after we were down the road, once they work the kinks out it should be a great place

The food was pretty good . The service was terrible except for one male in the back making sandwiches.

We went to lunch around 12:30. At least half of the bins were empty but what we chose were quite good. I had a chicken Caesar salad on an oblong cheese roll. It was not at all what I expected. The sandwich was a chicken patty the size of the bun with lettuce, tomato and caeser dressing. The sandwich was ok. The bagel roll was delicious

Disappointed every time I go. My order is always messed up. Last time I went I ordered a turkey club with no tomato (roasted turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato). Sandwich came on a hard flat bagel with only lettuce, turkey, and mayo....If you want a great bagel sandwich, Morts is the place to go.

If you have never had a REAL East Coast bagel, then you can be somewhat satisfied. Its in the shape of a bagel, you can go to Albertsons, Kings and Morts for a comparable product. Authentic bagels are boiled, theirs are steam baked. Service is slow as they have just opened, thats understandable but the franchise product is what it is. A big stretch to use the name Big Apple.

After a long wait in drive thru, got the wrong thing...really. Went inside and they swapped out our muffins, after we touched the muffins, they put it right back in the case for sale. Turned off, Ill NEVER get muffins from here again knowing they could of been fondled by another customer 1st.

We went around lunch but there was only us and two others there. In the kitchen I saw two ladies with no hat or hair nets on. One of them had long curly hair and kept running her hands threw it. When we ordered our food they seemed to be lost on how to put it in the system. It took about 10 mins. The lady in the kitchen with the long hair wanted a bagel and told them to make it before ours. When we got our order it was wrong. I will never eat here again. Expensive sub par food with horrible service.

This is surprisingly expensive, and it takes ages to get through the line. Dont go there when youre hungry because youll be miserable by the time you get your food. Also, they will sometimes forget to give you something that you ordered. Otherwise, the bagels and muffins taste really good, and I like to buy a douzen bagels at a time.

Weird drive up situation! You go to the window to order. It seems to take just as long as going inside. There staff is always upbeat, helpful, personable and curteous. The bagels ive tried have been good! I recently tried a havarti and cheese bagel and it was really tasty! But overall a bit expensive for a bagel sandwich. They also have gourmet beverages, they arent the fastest at making them but the coffee has good flavor.

Horrible experience. This is why I choose Morts . I never really express my concerns online but the owners made my children and myself feel unwelcomed. Not to mention they forgot a sandwich and the customer behind me was served before me . Never again will I give my business to them .
