I brought in reusable cups for my daughter and I tonight, Friday 10/29/21. We ordered drinks and while the caucasian woman with long brown hair was trying to figure out the register, i pushed our cups toward her so they were easier to grab. She gets irritated and pushes them back at me. Im not a Karen, I was truly just trying to help. She finally manages to charge me. Never says another word, grabs our cups by putting her fingers inside them and walks away. Super weird.

Had ordered a a quad white mocha no coffee! They argued with me! I know my coffee never going back! I have been going there since day one! This place is a joke!!!!!!!!

Need more people that are experienced handling drinks

I am an avid Starbucks lover from the PNW and this place was awful. I asked for a coconut milk mocha macchiato and the woman made me repeat it three times and said “a mocha?” I explained to her she can make it similar to a caramel macchiato and she said they don’t have it- this is a drink Starbucks added within the last year or so. Next, I tried to order a vanilla and hazelnut latte, they were out of hazelnut, but this was not on the sign they had posted. I finally settled for a coffee frap hoping they knew how to make it and had the ingredients! I came home and I am almost positive they forgot to add the coffee because it is now evening and my caffeine headache did not go away like it does with my normal daily coffee.

I asked for a mermaid frap and I got caramel syrup and whip cream nothing else...

Lately the hours have been wonky and they have been closed on days they are posted open. I know that they are also short staffed so Im assuming this is the cause. But they are always quick to get me my order. Wait time of about 3 to 7 minutes.

I work at subway and come by this location a lot to get coffee for my employees and myself last couple times I’ve been thru it’s been absolutely horrible. The drinks have been so sweet that we are not able to drink them and I can’t just leave and come back again. It’s hasn’t been a great experience. From now on I’ll drive across town cause they get it right. I usually get the white chocolate mocha iced with sweet cream foam and Carmel drizzle and it hasn’t been but runny cream on top and no Carmel drizzle and extremely sweet without the taste of coffee

Watered down drinks and rude weekend staff. I ordered a nitro coldbrew with sweet cream on the mobile app. When I went thru the drive thru to pick it up and they told me to pull up to the window. When they had my drinks ready they handed them out. I was given black coffee. I asked why I was given this instead of my order. They replied we are out of the nitro and sweet cream. Slamming the window in my face. Needless to say I will never go there again. If you want a great Starbucks experience go to the one on 21st and central. They always make sure you get what you order.

The coffee still tastes like sewer sludge without an excessive amount of cream and sugar.

Great service by friendly staff, showed me how to use and complete order by app, drinks are served quickly but do have to ensure they are making correct form of drink requested (hot v cold, light ice v regular ice), would recommend this location and frequent as much as possible.

The employees are always kind and personable in the drive through. They seem happy to be doing their jobs and enjoying it. Glad to have this place open.

I stopped to get a cup of house coffee with half and half. They’d run out of half and half and were expecting their shipment tonight. How does a coffee shop run out of half and half? Albertsons is one building over. Nobody could leave for 5 minutes to pick up a carton to hold them until the shipment? Or, no employee had a friend that could drop a carton off? Poor management at best. That’s just stupid.

Went to redeem my birthday reward and was met by a very unfriendly, annoyed employee taking orders. Gave me the wrong size coffee and then a major attitude when I double checked that my birthday reward was used. I will gladly drive across town to the other location next time!

Went and ordered 4 drinks 2 being large. Got to the window and payed waited and she handed me my drinks I asked why they were all smalls when I ordered 2 larges. She says I didn’t hear you and at least I didn’t charge you for them. Horrible this is why I don’t go to this location😡😡

We went through at 730pm and it was closed. We drove up to the window and the barista hand gestured they were closed. There was no sign up or anything. Very frustrated about the service.

Terrible. Ordered three simple drinks, S’mores frap, And two espresso fraps. They managed to mess all three drinks up. We even tried to confirm the order of ingredients in the espresso’s and the S’mores came with no chocolate and all three came out light colored lacking coffee and espresso shots. Asked for light milk and received extra ice instead. Will never come back. Honestly just re-teach your staff how to make Frappuccinos since they don’t seem to know how to make two of the simplest ones.

This is the best Starbucks in town. They always have everything and never run out of pastries and stuff

Had an informal meeting here mid-day. Was not overly busy and had a great atmosphere for our meeting. Always enjoy the drinks and food choices.

I come here at least 2-3 times a week and the staff is always so nice and sweet to me and others. The only things I would fix is the quickness of drinks is not always there and the center tables plug-ins never works and that makes it inconvenient.

Holy smokes! I think I had the best service Ive ever experienced. The young gal that waited on me was very friendly and really over-the-top. My drink was excellent and I left with a smile on my face.

Very good and delicious and makes you feel like the most important person ever! But VERY expensive always slow and busy, however they do make things personalized and nice. Further the ones in Cheyenne tend to stay very clean and always smell so good, has super chill music and make it a perfect enviorment for work or study. This particular Starbucks however, is next to not only a middle school, but also a high school.

Great location, friendly staff and great space. But ... every flat surface is messy. Looks like tops are wiped with cloths that arent rinsed out from previous cleanup, if theyre wiped at all. Been coming for weeks and its the same every time.

First time entering the store at first the staff was decently friendly but all I had was $100 bill on me and they made it a huge deal to break the $100 for two drinks. Then the lady that made our drinks seemed like she hated her job and literally slid our drinks over the counter so quickly and angrily to the point where we almost dropped our drinks. Ive worked at coffee places but never treated customers like garbage over breaking a $100 I was in there around 7:00 didnt know the employees names. Very disappointed

Cant get their attention at the drive thru window, ask about rewards have had the app for long time but they cashed me out before I got points then too late.

If your business is coffee, the coffee should always be hot and fresh. I can get old tepid coffee anywhere. I quit SB for a couple of years because of bad coffee, but I have them another chance. No more SB for me.

Youre better off going to the Starbucks at Hyvee. I can easily say that 3 out of 5 visits they cant get an order right for 1beverage. They dont fill the cup full and they dont understand what no foam means. At Hyvee, the drinks are perfect every time!

This has honestly been the best coffee experience ive ever had. Walked in at 930 and where normal people would be upset with having to deal with late nighters he greeted me with a big smile and asked what he could do. Of course not knowing he asked all the appropriate questions and make me a drink that specifically entailed to me. Not only that but the drink was LITERALLY THE BEST THING IVE EVER DRANK. Anthony was his name and praise he should get! Will be back in the morning for more !

I wish I could give negative stars honestly. I’ve been a Starbucks parter for two and a half years and I have never been so disgusted with the customer service that I received from this store. The baristas were rude, their store was filthy, the condiment bar was empty, I watched the barista make my beverage incorrectly, I have never been more disappointed with a store

Waited twenty minutes at store for drink that was ordered 10 minutes before getting there. Not good. Than drink was wrong. Frustrated with speed consistently of delivering correct orders.Seems like a lot of change over that slows them down. Using app makes it a bit less frustrating
