I want to thank this location for taking the extra time in reassuring us our tires were done correctly.We stopped at another business just hours earlier for a valve stem and they had put in a valve stem meant for 30psi when we are in a truck meant for at least 80psi. We are also towing and being told that our safety wasnt in better hands prior was scary.The employees at Big O made sure our tires were Re-Dunked as many times as we needed to make sure that our safety was #1 priority. We have a child in this truck and left with peace of mind that our 2 year old is traveling safely. I do not live in area, I have been traveling hwy 80. I hope I dont HAVE to return, but if I ever need ANY tire assistance, I pray it be near this location so I can leave with peace of mind. Thank you Big O!!!

This store is managed well. Always has plenty of workers doing their jobs. And does a wonderful job servicing my vehicles. Anytime my tire pressure light comes on, or I need a patch, they always get me in and out promptly.

I have had to visit Big O tires on E. Lincoln Way twice in the last week. One for my wife’s car and one for my truck. Both vehicles had foreign objects embedded in the tires and needed repairs. We got a thick clump of tar on the tread of one tire. It was making rough driving. They solved the issues quickly and knowing that we were out of town travellers, they still didnt charge for the service.

I work for a delivery company, and while I was at a customers house today unloading his groceries, I heard a loud hissing sound, and came to find out, I had a screw in my right front tire. After leaving the customers house and putting more air in the tire, I was able to make one more stop. Then I just made it in to Big O. My tire was flat when I arrived, and I thought for sure I would be down for a couple hours. Chase helped me and it first told me it might be a while. I was thinking I was done for the day, then Chase told me they could get me in a couple of minutes. I was relieved. Without going into great detail, Chase went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend Big O to anyone. If you want to experience some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time, (I was in retail management for 15 years) ask for Chase. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so nice.

Service is fine but I came in and told them I needed an oil change. Didn’t get into specifics, but an oil change is an oil change. I get that synthetic is a little more but that wasn’t mentioned so imagine my surprise when they said my bill was $91. For an oil change. This is for a Toyota Sienna minivan. Not my Chevy 3500. Never have I heard of an oil change being $91 and it probably could’ve been mentioned BEFORE doing it if the price was going to be that much. Never again.Update: After my experience the owner contacted me and apologized for the miscommunication and made an adjustment to my price even thought he didn’t have to. They acknowledged what had happened and didn’t try to deflect blame. O appreciate the sincere customer service and willingness to make it right. I think that is very good of them and I have changed the rating to 4 stars.

The only place I will trust with my car. I’ve been coming here for the past 7 years since I have had a car. Brian and Justin have always been super helpful and making sure I’m taken care of. Unsure of the other man’a name, but he was very helpful as well. I’ve never felt like they will take advantage of me like I have many other places. Never have had a problem and always treated well. They always get the work done fast and efficiently.

I have had good service at this Lincolnway location. I bought a set of new tires for my aging 2001 Ford Expedition and theyre performing well. Maybe six months ago I had new shocks replaced all round and was pleased with the repair and the cost. I have brought in my parents Toyta Sienna 2011 van for an oil change and was pleased, they are in their 90s. Just last week I had purchased new headlights & a passenger parking light lens that was broken. The glass headlights had become opaque over time. A scheduler named Joy helped get me in the queue at a convenient time for me and It liked the replacement and repair bill. When there I mentioned that I had a concern about the stabilizer or sway bar on my Expedition. It was looked at and determined to need a new bushing and Joy very helpfully scheduled that replacement in a couple of day. I was pleased with the service I received and Joy was especially helpful. I going online I thought I would check average costs for this latest bushing replacement. MY charges were $172.17 of which parts were $31.06 and labor $119.34. There were a few taxes and shop supplies to make the total. The figures I found online at a couple of sites claiming to know avg. cast of repair/replacement for a 2001 Ford Expedition Stabilizer bushing replacement are first $65 to 107 with parts $13 to 29 and labor of $52 to $78. 2nd site, $84 to $123 labor, parts $17 to 43. I was not told of any difficulties with this repair and I do understand that I got bills I was pleased with om other jobs. This seems to be a difference of about $50.00 more on this repair than the top range I found on internet sites.

We were traveling from Boise Idaho to Southampton Long Island (New York) and needed to have the tires on my car checked for balance. Fearing that we would be taken advantage of as travelers from out of state, we took a chance on Big O Tires in Cheyenne - it was the right move. They were able to work on the car right away and their service was fantastic. The manager (Justin) and mechanic (Shawn) were friendly, honest and more than willing to help us out. They made sure the car was safe for travel and provided assistance above our expectations. We were there for almost an hour and for a little over $22 in charges (far less than expected and probably warranted), we hit the road and made it safely to our destination. If we lived in Cheyenne we would use them for all our automotive needs - we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business and commend the workers for their integrity, honesty and GREAT service.

They were great only took them about 10 minutes to fix the tire and then they didnt even charge us for it

Outstanding staff. Got 4 new tires, an oil change and had them look at areas I had questions about. They accomplished that and more. They broke down everything on my list and explained it to me. This team was quick, did excellent work, and didnt break the bank. You need to visit them.

I am new to Cheyenne and these guys blew me away with their customer service skills. They went so far above and beyond to help me with a payment issue when I lost my credit card and were so kind even though they were super busy. Brian Lujan, Shane, and Elvy are great guys and did a fantastic job assisting me with getting the payment processed through even though I was being a total inconvenience they made me feel comfortable and it was all taken care of. Excellent service from Big O tire! Passing thru Wyoming headed to Yellowstone and picked up a nail in my truck tire. Spoke with Justin J., he told me to come on over and they would get me taken care of and back on the road. It was a busy Sat but he worked me in and we were back on the road in less than an hour. I can’t say enough good things about Justin and his mechanic that fixed my tire.

I had an exceptional experience here with excellent customer service. Store Manager Justin Journey and the technicians inspected the underside of my car after I had hit a large item in the middle of the highway. They replaced bolts that had come loose ensuring my car was safe to drive. It took only a few minutes and I was on my way! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Brian Lujan provided excellent service to me during a recent vacation trip that could have gone really bad. I hit a massive pothole that destroyed one tire and severely damaged another about 50 miles from the Utah border on I-80. I had to stay in Cheyenne overnight; I was lucky to arrive there on a donut and the damaged tire... about 300 more miles away. Big O typically doesnt carry a lot of Mercedes tires. But Brian called around and found 4. The problem? The front and back tires werent the same size. They managed to call around again and find the other tire--only one in all of Cheyenne--that would fit my car. The tire was way more expensive. But since Id already paid the price quoted, Brian said I they would cover the difference. He made it so my trip was a ton less stressful... I made it to Michigan the next day and played some fun music. Apparently Brian plays bass guitar! Next time hes welcome to come jam with us. He should get a significant raise. I took my vehicle to Big O on East Lincolnway in Cheyenne, and from the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was treated with nothing but kindness. I took my car in because my low tire pressure light was on. Jason was great. He welcomed me as soon as I entered the store and asked me what I needed. He had someone check my tire pressures and repaired my tires in a short period of time. He explained what they found and what they did. I have been going to Big O for sometime now and I have always had great service.

A couple of days ago, I climbed in my F-150 headed for Fort Collins and didnt make it out of the parking lot...yes, passenger side rear tire was flat as a pancake. Big Als Towing arrived within minutes of my call and Jordan surveyed the damage. We checked the glove compartment for a small tool required for the whole spare tire process without success. Long story short a tow to a tire shop was needed. I opted for Big Os for their close proximity and Jordan loaded up the truck. He was professional, friendly and efficient.When we pulled into Big Os I had already decided to replace all four. So wished Jordan a great day and thanked him for the tow and met with a staff member in their waiting area. They were terrifically busy, but friendly and knowledgeable. I was super lucky, I got the last four Big Foot tires and took a seat, thinking it would be awhile.Looking around, I noticed all the employees wore face masks, as did I and most of the customers waiting. Still though, there were a few who werent, even though the waiting area was crowded. Its amazing to me that people want a business to be fully staffed and ready to help them, but put those same staff members at increased risk by not wearing a face mask. You are appreciated Big Os for the safe pandemic protocols you practice!Before I even settled back in my seat and relaxed, my name was called and I was ready to go! Their tires are excellent, the service world class and I am so glad I went to Big Os. I will definitely be back for a new spare tire and one of those pesky little tools Im missing!

Chase helped me get the two inch nail out of my tire and get it repaired fast. The crew kept me up to date on where my truck was and how long it would take to get repaired. Had another great experience with Big O Tires and so glad I got the tire protection plan.

This was my first time switching from the dealership I purchased my vehicle at to Big O for an oil change and additional service, and it was well worth it! Jack is clearly an owner that focuses not just on a positive customer experience, but the best possible experience and sets a great example for his team. He called me personally to let me know the status and explained all of the work they completed. I also mentioned not feeling safe driving in inclement weather with my current wipers and they swapped all three out with high-quality wiper blades at a very reasonable price.
