While trying to get up to Rapid City my Jeep kept overheating on I-25 north of Ft. Collins. I ended up spending the night at the Super 8 and the lady at the front desk recommended T and T Auto Center in Cheyenne. I got to T and T first thing in the morning, and even though they were busy with other repairs they went out of their way to help me.They got my Jeep fixed up with a new water pump and thermostat the same day so I could get back to my family. This is an amazing shop with incredible owners and staff. I really cannot say enough nice things about this shop, and I am so glad to know they are there for when Im driving through on I-25. And to Marla and Billy, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

We were on a car trip from NYC to SF and our car kept jolting and bucking while we were still an hour from the day’s destination in Cheyenne. We called in to the T and T Auto Repair store and though they were super short-staffed/busy, they immediately calmed us down and said they’d fit us into their schedule.When all was said and done, they fixed the problem despite the fact that they don’t traditionally service our type of vehicle. Given the lack of other options in the area though, they still helped us. It was so fair, friendly, professional, timely, and truly human…they easily could have told us we were out of luck but instead completely took care of us. Can’t recommend enough—great people, great business, all super reasonable.

They did exactly what they said they would do and that’s all a guy can ask for swapping out my tpn module on an 08 dodge Deisel . Thanks! One thing I’d like better is the transparency. I was told by one guy after I went in for the tpn specifically to be changed that they’d like to run a diagnostic first. I was told if that’s what it is they would include the diagnostic in with the labor. I paid up front. When I went to get my truck I was hit with an extra 56$ charge for the diagnostic. That’s a good price but when a person is told that will be taken care of and then changed it’s frustrating to say the least. Quality work bad transparency.

I have only received an estimate no work has been done yet so ask again after the work is done

I took a recommendation to use T and T automotive from a friend. So far they have been very knowledgeable on what I needed done and gave me quotes on best and worst case scenario. Which was was literally half of the dealership quotes and half the knowledge of T and T.Its hard to find a good diesel mechanic that you feel comfortable working with. I hate bringing a vehicle to the shop and getting an I dont know answer work has yet to be done on vehicle but so far I would highly recommend and will update after work is completed.Andrew

Everyone hates car problems; T and T took the pain out of it. They were fair, transparent, prompt, courteous, friendly, helpful and kind. Marla replied to my email on a Sunday to let me know they could diagnose my car on Monday. When I drove in with my mangled heat shield scraping on the road, Billy ran out of the garage, got a floor jack, crawled under my car and immediately removed the damaged part so I could drive my car again. He ordered the new part and didn’t even ask me to pay up front or to pay for the time he already spent. My estimate was straightforward and detailed, the part came in when promised, they fixed my car quickly and I was on the road again with no worry. They even found time to change my oil. Overall a really positive experience. Thank you!!

Excellent service. I had an emergency (car broke down while driving through Cheyenne). I showed up right when they opened and explained the problem. They diagnosed it and fixed it fast. Car works great now. Couldn’t be more impressed with these guys.

In the past two and a half years, I have had numerous dents, gouges, bends, and chips repaired, as well as a clutch and bumper replaced, all done by T and T. Theyve always been really good to me, done quality work, and I appreciate the fact that I get an explanation for every service they have provided for me long before the service was actually provided. I dont bother shopping around; I just go here.

I highly recommend T & T Auto. They got me in immediately for a quote. (The other shops wanted to schedule me out over 6 weeks). Once they had a chance to look at the damage, they recognized that it was very superficial and could be taken care of right on the spot. They were very honest and helpful. Their staff was knowledgeable and friendly. If I ever need auto body work, we will definitely be using T & T.

This shop only cares about its customers if it is getting something out of it. I needed a part, for my vehicle, that I had trouble finding online. They could order it for me, but refused since I was not paying them to install the part. The part was a power steering pump, that has 3 bolts and 2 hoses to remove it. Would take 10 minutes to deal with. Shop wants $95 an hour, with 1 hour minimum. So they will not buy the part unless I pay them $95 to install. That shows that they care about their customers only when it benefits them.

I’m from Iowa and my fuel pump went out 10 miles outside of Cheyenne on Friday afternoon. Not knowing anyone in Cheyenne I didn’t know where to have it towed to. Plus i have to work Monday morning. I called a couple shops and was told Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. I was then fortunate enough to find T and T Auto. Super nice people and they offer after hour service at affordable pricing!! It’s Saturday morning and I’m on my way home! Thank you T and T Auto!! You people are amazing!! 5 stars and highly recommended!

Stopped by as per request of a parts manager at cowboy dodge for my 1987 Jeep Cherokee, these guys are absolutely amazing, great customer service, excellent shop and great professionalisms, we needed a spicer yoke for the rear, and they GAVE us an extra one they had around to get us on our feet!!! If you have a Jeep or truck or even car stop by and see what these guys here can do for you, they turned a 160 part into a fantastic afternoon with my truck up and running I cannot tell you how much I appreciate these guys here stop by and see them sometime!!!

I more than highly recommend T and T auto center! We had a hail damaged truck and could not get in locally in Colorado so I researched and found this place. They went above and beyond for us. Besides doing awesome work, Marla, Jessie, and Billy were outstanding. All work done on time and great communication. If you can’t get in locally in the Denver area, Cheyenne is only a little over an hour away and these guys are worth the drive.

I highly recommend T and T. They were more helpful than my insurance company. When I was having problems with the insurance company, T and T offered to talk to them and help sort out the situation. Jessie was especially helpful through the entire process. Furthermore I decided to keep my damaged car and he even took the hood off the car for me so I could drive it home. These guys have great customer service. This is the second time working with them; the first time they painted my tail gate and did a phenomenal job, and they were even the cheapest quote out of 4 body shops in Cheyenne.

Worst shop in town, they want to charge $4500 to do the work on my truck. They said it would take 30 hours to pull my engine & 15 hours to remove my crew cab n truck bed. Engine took 4 hours to pull & put on new frame. Cab n bed took 3 hours to take off old frame n put on new frame. So not take your work to them unless you want ripped off...

Came in half way through a cross country trip and was more then pleased. I explained my issues and they helped my immediately. They took time evaluating my car and even spoke with my dad to explain the problems (I was making the trip solo). They gave me a very reasonable quote, but also told me I could probably make it home without the repairs. I ended up not getting my car repairs eager to get on the road. They need up not charging me a thing and told me to call them when I made it home to make sure I was safe. Upstanding people and business. Wonderful.

T and T Auto Body is the only place I will take my vehicles to be repaired. I have been using their service for 8 years, both for my personal vehicles and my business vehicle. From a new paint job to oil changes I have had them fix it all. The prices are fair and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I brought my vehicle in to repair hail damage. The vehicle is a lease that I have to turn in and pay damages for. I knew everything that was wrong with it. They never called when the vehicle was ready, didnt meet their time line and even told me itll be tomorrow....3 days later it was ready. The hail damage was repaired very well. After getting home and being in the car again, we realized the headliner was reinstalled incorrectly from when they replaced the roof and had to remove it. I called and they said no problem. Brought the car back and while showing the guy, noticed 3 puncture marks and a scratch in the rear interior on the headliner. He went to get his boss to look at it. As soon as he looks he said we didnt do it and arent fixing it, and this man was rude. He told me, my man is 56 years old and has never lied to me. I said then youre calling me a liar, he quickly back tracked. I called my insurance company, and they said my only recourse for the repair was to file a vandalism claim. Bottom line is they caused damage and refused to correct their mistake.

Had my 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo fixed for hail damage. Replaced the hood and was able to knock out the dents on the roof, trunk and fenders. The paint job looked fantastic after they were done as did the new hood. Definitely a friendly group how takes care of their customers. Ill be having future work done by them. Thank you!
