Great staff, even if they dont usually have what Im looking for.

I usually go to auto zone For my automotive needs. On my way to Colorado and stopped at this location. How to make a stop to top off oil as it was low. Wanting to hit the road early, I stopped here 15 minutes prior to opening. Watch the gentleman go into the store which I soon was the employee. I definitely grown impatient waiting for to open as 7:10 in the morning quickly approached. I understand that it was supposed to open at 7:00 a.m.. As a result I went to a competitor. The employee was nowhere to be seen inside of the store.

Fantastic people working at this Auto Zone, friendly and knowledgeable, they had the parts I needed and I didnt have to wait at all. This is a beautiful store, less than a year old, its cool to see more businesses locating on the south side of Cheyenne, Im happy that I dont have to go to Del Range or to the east side.

I want to give a Big Shoutout to the associates of the location on Greeley Highway Cheyenne WY, always very respectful and helpful.Thanks so much.!!!

I have no problems with anything at store or with employees very helpful . I have a problem with the wanta be guys that say they are mechanics and work for reputable people they say . I wanted to save money cause Im on fixed income and I ended up paying over 300. Dollars for a simple alternator that took ten days and lost bolts to alternates didnt know it had core charge either I didnt get back. Dont mess with meth-chanics named Ash on Allison Rd chey wy. Ran worse than ever still something taking juice outta brand new battery and new alternator if dont start everyday need jump. Im venting. Wish there was someone to help out and not taking advantage of. I do and will always buy from here. I do have another car that needs lil work and idk with to do.

Kyle was absolutely AMAZING. Went above and beyond to help us out with car troubles. Was super friendly, and gave us great advice. Would definitely recommend him and this store, cannot say enough amazing things about this young man

I worked with Edward during my visit, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was quickly able to assess my batteries and get them swapped out. He noticed my wiper blades needed some attention and handled that as well. I dont know what the accepted level of performance is for AutoZone, but I believe he goes above and beyond to take care of customers.

Needed a part for my camper shell...the auto parts guy stayed with me and got a part that was a close match...it works and I appreciate his help...Thank you AutoZone.

They were friendy and tried to be helpful. The item I was looking for hasnt been made in years, but they suggested other possible items.On thier doors they have a sign saying that masks are required dor staff and customers. The person thay helped is was not wearing a mask.

I like how quickly they can get most products in. Fast and free shipping on most items

They have lots of products to choose from in store and online, but sometimes the wait in line takes forever.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful finding the items I needed.

My minivan was running badly, check engine light was on. Asked for a test of the engine and in no time found out what I need to do. Actually got a print out of the results as well as a shopping list quote. This is not what I expected. Thank you for great service and a competent evaluation of my engine. I will be back!

I bought a battery at this shop, but they didnt give me credit for the core i brought in for exchange. However, almost as soon as I got home, they called me to explain the mistake and asked me to come back to get my $10 refund. I came back the next day, got my refund, and all is well.Ive spent a career in problem & situation management, and Autozones performance in this incident was outstanding. This shop appears to have exceptional internal communication.

Geremy was absolutely amazing in helping us when we needed supplies to help fix our RV tire. The store was closing in 10 minutes and he told us to call if the part didnt work and he would stay to help us. Fantastic customer service and very friendly.

Fun, upbeat employees. Quickly looked up the part I needed and got me out the door with everything I i went for.

Got a new battery a couple weeks ago. Super helpful in getting the battery and installing for me. Went back again a few times today and Brandi, Dustin, and Donna were all helpful in helping me. This store is a newer (and great) addition to the growing South side of Cheyenne. Will definitely be staying in the zone. Thank you!

Good prices, but was told y’all couldn’t install my headlight bulb bc it was “DIY” (your employee’s words, not mine). Said they could only do it if the “store manager, store manager” was there. I thought the point of Auto Zone was to help people who aren’t mechanical install the simple parts they need. I prefer auto zone because they helped my church out with parts for people’s cars with the car care clinic we used to have. Not too impressed.

Really nice people at this one, gotta day I usually don’t run into that in one of these stores. Everyone was very quick to help me. And they treat military very well here. I highly suggest it over the dell range one.

Lucas Diesel engine cleaner was hidden behind other items. Hard to find, nobody to ask for help. Wanted also ask/buy alternator but 2 clerks were in slow motion mode. I lost interest to deal with unprofessional in my opinion sales people. After I paid $20 clerk did not offered a plastic bag. He barely noticed me as his customer. What is their competition name....? Just rhetoric question. Im on my way there.

This place is not very customer friendly they were shooting the breeze with their friends and would not help put the light i just bought from them Like they advertise they will do. Said they were too busy there was no one else in the store but me and the guys they were shooting the breeze with not good customer service.

Don’t buy your parts her3 3/4ths of the time parts are faulty. They are rebuilt. I bought an alternator. Didn’t even attempt to work.

When I need something check out on my car, they are very helpful at looking at it and suggesting what I need.

They never have what we need. Of course they can order it, but so can I. That’s why I stop there when I need something right now in the middle of a project. The staff seems nice and generally helpful but without parts, it’s just a wasted trip.

Just wanted to say this store has the very best employees the two people working tonight saved the day for me not only did they help me actually put new headlights in but one of the employees actually used her own debit card to pay for them when I didn’t have enough money to pay for them...both my headlights were out and it is dark now...both employees went above and beyond and deserve pay raises. I’ve never had such great customer service and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I see in the near future. To the manager of this location...you should feel very lucky to have the employees you do both of them went out of their way to help me. It’s nice to know that kindness still exists and there are still people who treat others the way they’d want to be treated. Faith in humanity restored. Please give them both a raise. They deserve it. It’s wednesday janitor 30th at 6:30pm. I just really hope they are rewarded. And you’ve gained a loyal customer in me for life.

This is a great brand new store with lots of product and lots of help.

Tried to have headlight replaced while traveling with my family back to Omaha,(over 8 hr drive), the manager stated he could not help us because of Autozones liability clause??? That Autozone has a policy where they cant touch a customers vehicle, and replace any parts they buy. SINCE WHEN DID THIS BECOME POLICY??? The manager did not even help with coming to the aisle to let us know which headlight was best for our car. I had to read the book in the aisle and figure it out.I ended up looking up on you tube how to replace it ourselves, bought the headlights at Walmart in Sidney, NE for $10 less!!! It required me spending .68cents on a flat head screwdriver, to remove 2 screws and was able to take out the headlight casing in less than 5 minutes. A super nice gentleman with his wife and 2 small kids stayed in the parking lot with us at Walmart, seeing if we needed help to replace the light, the husband had some pliers that he used to tighten the light bulb in the socket, once I put it in there. We were done with installation in about 10 minutes! The manager at Autozone in Cheyenne and his female assistant were both a joke, and completely apathetic. You can both go work for the garbage company picking up trash, so you dont have to deal with the public!!!

The one on south greeley was prompt and very helpful.

Called a day ahead to reserve a part here. Surprised they even had it as this store typically doesn’t carry many things in stock. Showed up to pick up the item and the computer had it on hold for me; however the part could not be located. Waited 35 minutes for an employee to grab the item from another store. Thanks employees.

Prices are too high, but you can get rid of old oil here.

Employees are not so smart I asked for #26 auto lite spark plugs and they insisted I give the vehicle info then they argued with me about plugs not being the right ones duh a 94 Toyota did not come with a 440 mopar big block needless to say I left empty handed went to napa got my plugs and wont go back to auto zone
