Always a great experience with these folks. I had to walk home and on the way I decided to get some stuff. They didnt have what I need but their other store did so the gentleman on his way to deliver what he had to deliver, dropped in and picked up my parts from the del range store and brought them back in a very timely fashion. Thanks again guys!

Will never spend another dime here. Will use Wheatland car quest or a different store in Cheyenne. They apparently don’t know what mandate lifted means.

Completely unknowledgeable and rude. I called and asked for a product and they said they didn’t have it; I checked online and it said they did, gave her the part number and she realized that they do (so clearly just says no without even knowing what I’m asking for). I figured I’d make it easier and order online, when I went in to pick it up the lady that works there was hanging something in the front window without a mask on, so I didn’t bother to put mine on either, then the older guy says “we require masks to be in the store”, not please, not could you, just barks orders out. Then when I’m trying to take my already paid for item, he proceeds to take a phone call and check somebody else out while I’m standing there just waiting on a receipt. Rude, unprofessional, and completely unknowledgeable. Will not be returning. Just go to NAPA, they’re 2 minutes down the road and know what the hell they’re doing.
