JENNA IS FANTASTIC. I FEEL SO SORRY THAT SHE HAS TO WORK FOR ROCKY. HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOLD A DISABLED VETERAN THAT I CAN TAKE ME TRUCK ELSEWHERE IF I LIKE HIS RULES. SO I WAITED THREE WEEKS TO BRING IN THE TRUCK. THEN THEY ORDERED THE PARTS THEY NEEDED. ALSO I HAD TO HAVE MY TRUCK OUTSIDE CAUSE ITS A F -150 WITH ALUMINUM BODY. IF HAIL HITS IT I HAVE TO PUT A CLAM ON MY INSURANCE. CAUSE ROCKY SAID IT ACT OF G-D. THEY HAVE MY TRUCK AND MORE DAMAGE HAPPENS I HAVE PAY$$$$. GREAT!!!! BUT THERE STUFF COMES IN. THEY CARE MY ABOUT THERE STUFF NOT THE CUSTOMERS. THEN TODAY ROCKY STARTED WITH ME CAUSE HE THOUGHT I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT HIM. I ALREADY PAID WHAT I HAD TOO. HE WANTED MORE MONEY CAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE MY TRUCK TRAILER THERE. STORAGE CHARGES. THE DEAL WAS TO LEAVE IT WHEN MY TRUCK WAS IN FOR SERVICE. I HOPE ULL DONT EVER GO HERE FOR ANY REASON. PLEASE DONT. ROCKY EVEN CALL THE COPS ON ME. THE COPS LET ME LOAD MY OTHER TRUCK UP AND GO. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO YOU WANT TO THIS KIND OF SERVICE. I HOPE NOT.

My wife dropped her car off here for hail damage repair, she was told between 2-3 weeks but no more than a month in the shop. I understand how busy they must be however after 4 weeks our rental car was not covered under insurance. My wife called and pleaded with the service department to please hurry up so she would not be without a car, did they care or rush to get her car finished? Nope the only response we got was we may be able to help with the rental car they did not nor did they call my wife back with any updates. We waited another 2 weeks without her having a vehicle, a total of 6 weeks, anytime my wife called for updates she was gave the run around or told soon, soon I promise. When we were finally able to pick up her car we were given a weak apology, when my wife explained the unfortunate situation this put us in the guy just simply said Yeah it seams like theyve all taken this long lately. Terrible experience. I would not recommend, find somewhere else to get auto body repair because its clear they do not care about their customers.

I got in an accident with my Mini Cooper and initially called Caliber Collision but since they didnt like money (six+ weeks for an estimate) I took it to Tyrell who were able to get my car in the same day for the estimate.Even though the Mini is an...interesting car to repair they did an excellent job and the only issue was shipping from BMW was a bit delayed due to COVID.Excellent body ahop

Took them awhile to get my vehicle done. Had issues with communication. Their color match was not as precise as I thought it would be.

Called and set up an appointment for March 16th at 3 PM had my vehicle washed and ready for a hail estimate. Upon arrival I show up and they tell me the computer system has been down and it was gonna be another 2 hours before it was working again.A call to let someone know would have been a common courtesy.Instead I wasted my time and money on this place.I won’t coming in to look at a trade in that’s for sure!

My truck was sideswiped by a Subaru and then basically destroyed by 2.75 hail two weeks later. Tyrell Collision gave me an estimate of 4-6 weeks once the truck was in the shop. They finished up in 5 weeks, right on time, they were easy to work with, and the quality of work was fantastic. My truck looks pretty much new again! I will definitely use them again if I need body work in the future.

The communication with this place is non existent. Contacted them back mid october to fix my vehicle and had to call them every time to check on the progress of my parts after them telling me multiple times theyd call me even if the parts werent there. A month and a half later they finally have parts in... and thats after I had to contact them again. For the 8th time
