We brought our car in with a couple of small dents in the hood and a rock chip in the windshield, and only about an hour of free time between soccer games (were from out of town) and I was amazed that they not only were able to take us in, but did an incredible job with the car and all for under a couple hundred bucks.I can’t say enough nice things about them. Someone decided that my 2011 F-350 needed more character and put a nice dent on the passenger side of the hood, approx 6”x8” in size. The dent was on the flat and into the bend where it heads towards the fender with a sharp crease at the top of the dent, along with a nice point where a stud below the metal tried to poke through. I thought there was no way to make this dent completely disappear but, Wyo Dent Co. made it disappear, it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. While I was getting an estimate for the hood dent they noticed I had hail damage I never noticed, so they fixed all of those too. Wyo Dent Co got my 10 year old truck looking great again! The customer service was phenomenal! First off they got my 2020 Subaru WRX looking brand new. The repair time was short and they got my vehicle done in just a couple of days. They also explain the PDR process and the insurance handling process better then the insurance company themselves. The owners/managers/techs/service reps were all very knowledgeable and treated me very well and not like the other shops in town were they treat their customers like they were just a number with dollar bills over their heads. I had a LOT of hail damage, and I, on a whim, came into Wyo Dent Company for an estimate. The second I stepped foot in the door, I was treated with such kindness and respect. They did the estimate for me. They showed me my car and explained what they saw and what needed fixed.Once I brought my car in, they kept me in the loop the entire time. They ALWAYS seem happy to see me and to talk to me and I never seem to inconvenience them with all my random questions.. And with my experience with getting my car fixed at other places.. that’s not always the case. These people are seriously so great!Once it was fixed, it looked better than ever. So, as a person with an older low mileage truck I discovered 99% of the bodyshops wont work on this truck. However, all i really wanted was for the drivers door to function.I called Wyo. Dent Co. and while this is not within their scope of work this wonderful couple said they would look at the truck if i could get by. Wyo Dent Company is the definition of customer service! Because my truck had hail damage, I needed a rental. With Covid-19 still present, enterprise my rental company is unable to pick people up or drop them off. Mindy made sure you had a ride to their own shop or to the rental companies. They were even generous enough to help the remainder cost of my rental after insurance! Process was very simple and fast. They had my truck complete with the paint less dent repair (PDR) in two days! They also take a look at moldings, trim, or different parts of the truck to replace. All in all very pleased with the experience. Glad to have my truck back. Thank you, Mindy!

We had a small (6”) dent in the back our truck cab and got a quote from WyoDent for the one day job. Unfortunately during the repair something happened and it became a much bigger job (one week). WyoDent stuck with the original cost quoted to us. The truck looks like new, they detailed it for us, and we’re open and pleasant during the whole process. I would have no problem using them again.
