Great staff! I had 3 barstools I needed to ship. Monica and Sam spent a lot of time figuring out the best and least expensive way to box them up for me and ship them. All I did was drop them off. Extremely professional staff! Thanks! I wont go to any other store!

The Ups store has very nice services, always attentive to your needs. Sandra at the UPS store expertly printed three different types of note cards with my family logo. The note cards were neatly package and beautifully created. I was so pleased with the end results. I highly recommend this store because of their outstanding customer service and the finish look to my printed note cards.

This is one of the best UPS in chesterfield area.. Came here multiple times and always the service was great.. Today we had to take a lot of scans and printouts of certain documents and the person at the counter was so patient and stayed some minutes after their closing time too.. really appreciate the help.. thank you!

The store closes at 6:30 and online it says notary public service was available. I arrived at 5:50pm and person working the counter tells me the notary left for the day. I then ask what time is she in the next day and he says sometime after 11:00 am. I will find a more professional location.
I have come to this location for the Identego fingerprinting and they are amazing! They are very respectful of appointment times and move quickly! The staff is well informed and so polite. I highly recommend this location!!

Sufficient services provided for shipping, copying needs & decent customer service. Located on the Airport Rd across from Mobil On The Run gas station. Plenty of parking, greetings cards, fax & packing at a fee.
Were super arrogant when i had a package shipped to TX through them when i made a note that the price of shipping a very lightweight item in an envelope was a bit high ($12), just for them to end up losing the package in transit. took 3 calls to customer service before they opened an investigation to find it. then when agreeing to continue the shipping in TX, they sent it back here to the store i processed it under instead. still haven’t received a refund, this was 4/26/19 that this all happened and we are still figuring it out over a month later. even when calling this store, they’re always “with a customer” and hang up on me. what happened to putting someone on hold? i’ve never had service from UPS that was this bad. and because this is the only UPS store near me, i guess i just won’t use UPS again.update:finally called back. STILL waiting on a refund even though they know my package is gone. i asked one question concerning some information that UPS was requesting and the UPS employee at this store on the phone raises their voice and begins yelling at me to which they say “do you want me to resolve this or not? why else would i ask for this info if i obviously didn’t need it?” in context, they were talking to me like i’m stupid and yelling at me, i responded over and over again either saying “do not yell at me, do not be so rude to me please, i just asked a question”, this was all because i was hesitant to give them SOMEONE ELSE’s phone number. it was one thing to permanently lose a sentimental gift because of them, another to receive horrible customer service this locally. totally unbelievable.
The worst ups I’ve ever been in. They are rude.upon walking in I didn’t get any greeting nothing. Just have I already signed in? The lady who does fingerprinting huffed and puffed the entire time.
First Class operation, people with exceptional service. Easy access located directly across the street from Mobile and easy to park near their front door.

I was supposed to get my UPS package on 12/2 and waited at home. When my daughter came from school I found paper saying next attempt would be on Monday.I was at home whole day waiting for my package, no door bell, or knocking:
Horrible service! Made a appt for fingerprinting and lady was so nonchalant about everything. I had an appt but informed me it wasnt in the system. I showed her proof on my phone and she still didnt acknowledge my appt time. She was very slow and talked too much. Go somewhere else for fingerprinting.

This is the friendliest UPS store I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Ronnie & Sandra are always so kind and a happy to see me when I walk in, they alway handle my packages with care and they always arrive at their destination promptly. I actually prefer to go to UPS over the USPS! Ive been a customer for over 8 years and I wont go to any other UPS locations! Update... I attempted to drop off a package at another location, it was pre-paid, I went to the LSL location off of N & 40, I arrived at 1pm on Saturday, they closed at 1:30. However, the door was locked... Today, Wednesday I dropped my package off at the chesterfield location, thank you Ronnie and Sandra for being such fabulous entrepreneurs! You ladies are awesome!!!
