Stopped in just to look for one item. I was enthusiastically greeted right away by an associate who was extremely helpful in looking for the item I came in for. It turned out that we were not able to find what I needed but everyone that we came in contact with was VERY helpful and extremely friendly. I can highly recommend this store and staff for any of your business needs.

Excellent customer service. I cant say enough good things.I went to OfficeMax today with my son to grab a few things for work. While walking around the store I took a phone call and my two-year-old son left his toy schoolbus somewhere in the store. Needless to say I was on the phone while walking around behind him and did not notice where that was. When I was checking out, I told Chuck and his team that I had left it and asked that if someone by chance found it to please let me know. I had no expectation that this will be found. He couldve left it absolutely anywhere, hidden behind anything. I figured I might hear from them a few days. I wasnt out of the parking lot before I received a phone call from Chuck saying that already found it. That made my day and certainly made my sons day.The second we have gotten back in the car he started saying bus, bus, bus.Needless to say,say the folks at OfficeMax went above and beyond today I appreciate it a great deal. And figured that everyone needed to know.Thanks again guys!

First of all, this may have been one of my best experiences at any retail store I’ve ever been to. Aaron, the manager, took great care of us while we were printing our RSVPs, and even did some custom work on them for us! OfficeMax, give that guy a raise!

I came in to pick up time cards. In a snarky tone possibly to be funny with another coworker the cashier asked Kind of an antiquated system isnt it I replied Yes shopping in store is very antiquated next time I will use Amazon.
