Hands down the best quality you can get in luggage. The Samsonite Store in the Premium Outlet Mall is the place to go. They are the experts! You can buy Samsonite at other stores but what people don’t know is that there are different levels of quality under the same name. If you pay $50 for a suitcase at Home Depot that is exactly what you will get, a $50 suitcase. For my money I want top of the line. Something that I won’t have to replace every few years. They have great sales and they are not just someone who rings up your purchase. They know their stuff.

A big fan of Samsonite luggage to begin with. This outlet mall store had a nice variety of good, better, best. We found what we wanted and ended up purchasing an additional 19 roller bag because the deal was terrific. The store staff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing. I recommend this store based on my experience and history with the brand.

Great service. I purchased a backpack there for school and after a few months the strap started to come undone. I returned to the store and was able to do an even exchange very easily. I am glad I purchased the Samsonite backpack and that the brand stands by their merchandise.
