My husband and I had an excellent experience! Laura assisted me and she listened to what I wanted and was very patient in helping me find EXACTLY what I wanted. She applied discounts to get the price down and was so sweet! Kevin (the manager) was also super nice and helpful! They both made us feel welcome and appreciated as customers! They have my business from here on out!

We visited Kay Outlet in the St. Louis Premium Outlets in Chesterfield, MO today. We had previously gone to a different outlet more than once to look for our wedding bands but did not find anything we loved. Today our consultant was Laura and she was very attentive and helped us find what we wanted for a great price.

They associate that helped me was wonderful and very helpful! She even applied another discount so my purchase was even less!!

My fiancé spent a lot of money on my engagement ring to send it off to be sized and get it back in return burned and looking like this. I re sent it back off to be fixed and was promised a rush return date for it to be almost a week later and I still don’t have it back. I’m very annoyed with Kay’s and won’t return for the wedding band

Kevin was amazing. He was the only one that greeted my boyfriend and I when we walked in. My boyfriend had no clue what watch he wanted but Kevin helped tremendously. He showed us multiple different kinds and he even helped us find one my bf loves and it was under his budget!!! He even cleaned our jewelry while we talked.! Will be coming back for sure!!! Went looking for some wedding rings at the Kay Jewelers in the Galleria Mall and was not satisfied at all with their customer service. No one acknowledged me even walk in and walk out. They were too busy talking amongst themselves. Decided to go to the outlet malls in Chesterfield instead just to shop. Saw they had a Kay Jewelers so I stopped in. Right away Jon had greeted me at the door and was so helpful with picking out the perfect ring. Nisha was right beside him helping out and making us all laugh throughout the whole time. Definitely would recommend those two for any future purchases!!

To say that Nisha went above and beyond is an understatement. We walked into the store without the intention to make a purchase. We have looked for 6 years for the perfect ring and settled today on one that not only she helped us pick, but made us feel so sure that it was special. Her charm, her expertise, and her devotion to the happiness of the two of us was overflowing. She helped babysit our 2.5 year old child who clearly was all over the place while we had a conversation about the price and the ring. She was patient, kind, and overwhelmingly helpful. I had purchased earrings for my wife as a surprise for her berthday. The pair that they had was bent and would not clasp shut. The manager of the store said she could fix it. She took it to the back and got it to clasp but it was now bent sideways. At this time I said I dont want them. So she said to buy them and they would order a new pair and I could bring them back for an exchange. I said my wife could not know about this......... so I gave them my cell # and asked them to text not call my home phone when the other pair came in. I emphasized not to call more then a dozen times to the salesman and manager. Even exchanging # with the sales person who was supposed to handle it. This way I would know who was texting me. Three Business days later The lady manager calls my home phone. My wife looks at caller ID and answers it. All over by this point. She only asked for me and never said she was from Kays but still, what do I say to my wife at this point. If she didnt know I was already shopping for a gift I could have played it off but not the case this time.Big thanks to Kay jeweler Chesterfield

Couldn’t ask for more professional and friendly employees. They are very knowledgeable along with caring about their customers. The manager, Nisha Bagchi, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and the services we received from them. Jon was also a huge help while Nisha had another problem to attend to. They work well together in making sure all their customers are satisfied. I’ve had problems at several other Kay Jewelers in other cities, with their employees being unprofessional and basically unwilling to offer any help at all. This will be our go to store from now on!

My Bridal set and my Husband wedding ring was purchased here. Let me start with Customer service John, Kevin and Nisha are amazing. They made the process so easy.I had to come back for my husbands ring and was having difficulties with company that does the financing.
