Autumn was great! I went to purchase my son a birthday gift and she was courteous, knowledgeable and very attentive of my needs. She listened to my likes and dislikes, with that being said I not only did I purchase the watch for my son I purchased 3 more for myself, my daughter and younger son. Excellent customer service and I will be going back to see Autumn very soon.

I had such an amazing experience at this store. My husband and I had been to at least 8 other jewelry stores today and decided to go to Jared. The saleswoman offered us water as soon as we walked in and was so patient, kind and helpful! Not pushy at all and really knowledgeable. Every ring she handed me she told me the specs and pricing immediately. We finally found a ring that I loved and purchased it with a care plan. She told me I could get it sized on site at the location down the road the next day and I couldn’t believe it! On top of that my ring rang up an extra $300 off the price she had quoted us! We were originally told we would have to wait for our information to download overnight to get the rings sized but we decided to stop in and just ask if they could go ahead and do it the same day and they did. I am a Jared customer for life now because of this stellar customer service! Thank you so much!!

After a big long Fiasco and trying to get a wedding ring from them. It was much quicker to buy a ring off Amazon then waiting for them to give me excuses on why my ring wasnt going to be here in time for my wedding.
