Love popcorn and this was my favorite place until today. I picked up a large bag of plain popcorn yesterday to share at a gathering of girlfriends today. They packed it fresh for me and were great when I was there. I guess I should have tried a sample before purchasing. It has such a bland taste and when I passed around for my friends today it was unanimous and we all threw our batches away. I called today to let them know and they didn’t even offer to have me come back and swap it out and said that I got what I ordered - plain popcorn. If I wanted more taste, I should have ordered movie butter popcorn… he said. I thought there was only one plain popcorn. I don’t feel appreciated as a customer and felt bad for calling even… I guess I need to always sample before buying. Don’t expect any courtesy back. It’s all about business. So disappointing.

Walking in the smell of freshly popped popcorn fills the air 😋. They also sell beautiful products such as sports tins, house warming tins over 30 custom flavors of popcorn and old school candies. Went in this store because number 1, my dad loves popcorn, number two it was his anniversary, saw a cool happy birthday box, enters the store, not a warm welcome, but anywho, I proceed to ask if he (the worker or owner not sure)…if he by any chance carry anniversary boxes like the happy birthday ones?…he states no and head to some bags of popcorn ranging from about 1.99-7.00 maybe..and stated “I have these and are cheaper to” I gave this special human being the look like “really you think this brown gal don’t have enough money for a cool box of FREAKING popcorn for a gift”…I just simply left the store! God bless that man though.

I absolutely love popcorn and Papa Bear Popcorn did not disappoint! I was not expecting so many flavors and was encouraged to try as many as I wanted. My favorite was the Zebra Corn (white and milk chocolate drizzled over sea salt caramel corn) it was so delicious! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. First time customer and will definitely be back for more!

This was a very cool place and they know there popcorn.....Lots of different flavors . My favorite was the butter and cheesy popcorn. Fair price for a fantastic product .

Ordered treats for my sisters birthday. Had to order online for curbside service. Placing an order was easy, quick and convenient. Bought a few bags for myself too and WOW is this popcorn really good. Picked up some Oreo Popcorn and ate the whole bag on the way home. Employee was really nice. I will definitely be back soon.

They created me a cute birthday box with popcorn of my choice for my grandson, lots of yummy flavors of popcorn and a great variety of candy as well.

Oh my goodness...I was sad when Poptions popcorn closed...well, today I discovered something better! I got a mini Zebra (sweet buttery popcorn drizzled in white and milk chocolate) and mini Chicago Mix, both were fresh and fabulous!

Best. Place. EVER!I checked this place out around Christmas and picked up coworker gifts like stocking stuffers and candy and bags of popcorn (spicy buffalo, cookies n cream, cheese, original, you name it - they have it.) They make all of the popcorn in-house and you can even see them working on it. The entire register counter is made of popcorn display tins - easily over 50 different flavors! They let you sample - probably because they know you will want to buy EVERYTHING YOU TRY!! Owners are really nice, too. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best gourmet popcorn you can get in St. Louis. So many flavors to choose from, too. I am partial to the Extra Cheesy Cheese and the Movie Theater Butter. But, my brother loves the sweet stuff like Caramel Pecan or Birthday Cake. Its all good. They have tins and baskets for gift giving, too. Ask them for a sample!

Found myself looking for gummy bears for a co-worker. This place is known for great popcorn, but did you know they have a nice selection of candy. Not only did I find gummies - I found computer/robot gummies. Perfect for a software developer. Service was great.

The people who work here are wonderful! I went to poptions to order popcorn for my wedding, and the owner was extremly rude. Therefore, I left and came to Papa Bear Popcorn. Not only were the workers patient, but they listened to what I wanted for my wedding and their prices are great!
