Great cigar selection and theyre fresh and of course I got a huge selection alcohol and the staff is surprisingly very helpful friendly and helpful fart you never feel like youre pulling them out of the way with a question or if you need their help theyre there to help and they do a great job very happy with my new choice of liquor stores

Great as usual. We got help looking for certain Kentucky bourbon. Hassel basin toast, and the 2 wines we were out of. Thanks to the staff.

This store is easy to find and has plenty of parking space. They have a nice collection of wines, spirits and beers. They also have a large collection of fine and high end wines. In addition, they have abundant unique winery direct wine and spirits. Their sales person is friendly and knowledgeable. Some of their wines are placed in a nice gift box package. Their price is reasonable.

Great selection of seasonal craft beer. Liquor and wine prices are great. Their direct wine value can be beneficial if bought in bulk. Never long lines at checkout and friendly team inside.

Had horrible experience at this location with the manager Jackie. We had to drop by a friends house unplanned, and wanted to bring a wine to their house. However this location wouldnt accept digital copy of my wifes drivers license. I had my license on me but they did not allow me to buy it either because she didnt have her physical copy with her. We are in late 30s but for some reason the manager was on a power trip and just decided to ruin our evening. One of their worker told me i shouldve just lied about my wife coming in there.

Chesterfield Missouri location is half of the size as the Lexington Kentucky store. Very helpful service staff ready to assist you in finding the spirits and wines for your taste. Great selection of gift ideas for your wine and spirits lovers. The best prices that I have seen this month. Keep up your great works!

They have what I need everytime and makes shopping there easy.

I visited looking specifically for the whiskey made from the recipe and bearing the name of the man who taught Jack Daniel how to make whiskey. The greeter not only knew which aisle Uncle Nearest whiskey was in, but which shelf. That the first person I encountered had such knowledge of the brands and locations is truly commendable. And this is consistent every time I visit. For selection and knowledge, definitely the place to go.

Its like a Costco but for just alcohol. Anything you could possibly want they have, even from other countries. We visited here on vacation and stocked up on things that are usually more expensive back home

Very well organized liquor store.If you have the opportunity take a class. I took a wine and pizza pairing class at this location and the employees/instructors were knowledgeable.I now have a new fav wine! Check thier website for class schedules.

I frequent the one on Manchester Rd. Team very friendly and helpful. They happened to be out of one item so drove to Clarkson location. Encountered numerous workers and we were never acknowledged. The cashier gal was very impersonable. We grabbed one bottle that was an error and the rest of our cart was just shoved aside and no one offered to grab the bottle. We went back to the aisle and grab six more and went to a different cashier.

They have what you want at a very reasonable price!

Called in an order for a dozen bottles. Have done this at the Chesterfield store many times in the last year. Today the manager tells me well you can order online. We dont pull call in orders. I tell him well I will be there in an hour for 6 of red and 6 of white. Show up and he says, oh no, I didnt pull anything for you and now we only have one bottle of the type you wanted. Didnt even car that he was losing business over it. Manager Chris doesnt care about his customers.

Total Wine and More always has the best deals around on alcohol. They stock anything you can think of...everything from wine to craft beers to tequila to...well you get the idea. They even stock aviation gin which is bottled by being poured directly between Ryan Reynolds butt cheeks into each and every bottle.

I would seriously live here if I could. The selection to choose from is staggering to say the least. I could buy 3 different items every day for the rest of my life and probably still not sample everything they have to offer here. The workers are ALWAYS friendly and courteous. Great selection but a little high on price.

Ordered online. Went to pick up my order. A gentleman brought my boxed order, put it on the counter without a word and walked away. I stood there until someone entered the counter and asked if the box was my order. I asked him to open the box to see if my order was complete and asked if he needed my ID. He said that they were not requesting ID. Anyone could have picked up my order. Very disappointed.

A young man helped me select a birthday gift for my son in law. In short I described the likes and dislikes which helped him direct me to what I should look for. He was so very helpful, it was a joy having him share his knowledge. The end result...My son in law, daughter, and myself really enjoyed my selection. I only wish I could remember his name.

Good prices on our everyday wine, but I was disappointed that they were out of stock for the special celebration wine I wanted to purchase.

I like this store. The liquor is almost always cheaper here than any other store. The staff is helpful too. There have been a few different times when they didnt have any of what I was looking for on the shelf, but they had it in stock, and they gladly get the product for me.

Don’t buy equipment from Total Wine. I bought a Drinkworks machine from Total Wine that didn’t work correctly and they wouldn’t exchange it two days after purchase. I think that is a very poor policy and will never buy equipment from them again. Luckily DrinkWorks customer support has been easy to work with but Total Wines refusal to exchange sucked for the party I intended to use the machine.

Absolutely love this store. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection is overwhelming, which is a good thing. My favorite part is the customer pickup. Its great to be able to place your order, walk right up to the customer service desk, and then walk out with your order. The Mix-a-6 is a great deal, I always end up buying at least 6 bottles of wine.

This place has more than I know what to do with. Aisles full, and I mean full, of liquid courage. Just pick your poison. There are anywhere from obscure brands, cheap stuff, top shelf, stuff you probably never heard of, from across the country and the world. I stopped in the whiskey aisle and an employee was walking through the aisle asking if anyone needed help. Never seen that before in a liquor store.
