I stop by this store every time I visit the outlets. I always find a few things at a great price. I don’t like to interact with over-the-top helpful store associates, and I can shop in peace here. That said, if you like to be waited on or need constant interaction during your shopping experience, you’ll have a hard time finding an associate on the sales floor helping customers. The cashiers are laid back and aren’t demanding about their email program.

The manager at the shop was very patient and kind. She was very helpful. Very nice young lady.

Was looking for ski gloves. Had to seek out employee. He showed me the wall and walked away.. I looked for a few minutes trying to figure out exactly what I needed.. could not find anyone to ask.. so I left.. my husband said I was looking for a little customer service and recieved none.

This is the lowest quality Columbia store I have been in. The merchandise is great. In fact, most of the clothes I wear are from Columbia. This store is poorly stocked. The staff is less than helpful and unwelcoming. Today, it was as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. Merchandise is 5 stars. Staff is 1 star. Average 2.5.

The Columbia Factory Store is always a great experience and outdoor wear. They had many things I was interested in but not the specific item that I need it. Shop online.

Found a nice winter coat for my brother here. Employee was helpful in finding the right coat for cold weather. Had some sales inside and felt like we got our money’s worth when leaving. The store was very cold inside, however, when walking in.

Classy store with good products. Their boots never wear out! I recently purchased a pair of running shoes for from under $100. My neighbor had them and they were so nice so I stole the idea. The factory outlet gives you even better prices.

The lady manager is VERY rude and doesn’t acknowledge veterans! She wouldn’t give me a discount because my military ID was expired. I mean, my husband’s 9 years of service is worth your 10% discount! Where is your holiday spirit?!

Considering that all the stores were supposed to keep track of how many people were in their stores I was very surprised that Colombia had no one counting the amount of customers in the store. Will not be back.

Got some great deals during the winter sale and clearance selections. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. Clean and organized store - even the clearance was sorted fairly well.

Excellent staff, knowledgeable of what environments their products best suit and do their best to get you the best deals.Aside from that I have known Columbia to make excellent outdoor products, from camping, fishing, hunting all the way to general wear around town. They never failed to deliver a good product in my opinion.

Love this store

I finally replaced my 15 year old Columbia coat with another Columbia coat. This new coat gives me the sensation of a heated seat in my Jeep! These things are WARM! Their prices are very reasonable with a rewards program that kept the family warm for a great price!

Store clerks were there to help. But the shorts or shirts that I wanted was not in my size. They asked me to come back in a couple of weeks. All is good.

This place is severely lacking in customer service. The woman at the register was extremely rude when I tried to buy an item, and then decided to wait on it, and I decided to just buy my child a jacket. Next when my magnetic strip wouldnt scan she refused to type in my credit card # because their system didnt allow it because it was antique. I have never run into a system where a card could not be typed in. I walked out the door with nothing as she just stared at me with a smirk on her face.
