Bad store and bad manager. I bought expensive masks from them and after a few times of hand washing them as indicated in the washing instructions they look bad and embarrassing to wear. See photo below. Store manager wouldn’t return or replace them. Bad products and bad return policy. Beware before you buy.

Usually have a pretty good experience here. Today the girl at the register was unfriendly and talked to me like I was an idiot. Pretty disappointing. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her for buying items. The store was well organized. The lighting however is terrible, especially in the back corner with the mens clothing.

I enjoy shopping here. They have a decent selection of items with the majority of them at very good prices. Sizes can vary and sometimes difficult to find if you are a large or x-large. Definitely recommend if you prefer Under Armour like me.

We frequent this store at least once a year from an hour away or so.. having said that... mens and bigger boys selection as always awesome! But the ladies, little boys and girls not so hot... but we will be back

This store wasted my time . I called and looked up the store to see the business hours on Friday 1/29/2021 and they told me it they were open until 8:00 P.M. so I leave work and drove 42 minutes to make it to the stores door at 7:27, but they had the doors closed and employees inside and I knocked in the door. they looked right at me and never bothered explaining anything. also, the sign on the door says that business hours are till 8 pmI find it very unprofessional and lousy services.

Decent products and the prices are okay, but the store is in shambles and merchandise is all over the floor. They dont keep the consumer in mind.

I just love this place and their prices! The clearance is 40-60% off the lowest ticket price! Staff is super friendly as well! Last time I was there, I was bummed they only had one pair of shorts on the clearance rack. A staff member went in the back and pulled out my size and I was able to buy more. Definitely will take this shop over the Nike store any day of the week!!

Declined -poor management. Turnover..understaff. Warzone looked better. 3 staffers behind counter day after Black Friday. Place was a disaster. More merchandise on floor than racks or shelves.Stopped in Nike. 10 staffers @ registers and was clean and stocked.

Staff was awesome! Tried finding a navy blue pair of the shorts they had on sale. Sales person went back and said they are in stock but had some boxes to go through to find them but was happy to if I was able to wait. Took a few but they were very kind to go through the trouble. Many places would not even try. Then they were able to use my additional coupon I received from under armour online. Very friendly! Shop here

I originally gave a bad review then changed it because of the great customer service of the Manager Curtis. He did the right thing and simplified my return process. At first, I was told to return the merchandise I purchased in the store back to the the Under Armour website. When I called the websites customer service, they basically told me it would take two months to process my exchange. (You can read that experience below in my original review). After calling Curtis back and telling him what the Under Armour website told me. He said he would email me a return label, to return it directly to his store. Once he recieved my merchandise, he would make the exchange and ship my new merchandise back to me. I GIVE CURTIS 5 STARS for his customer service. I did however, only give 4 Stars for my total experience because the whole experience. However, I understand the online experience was not this stores fault, but it was part of my overall purchase experience.My original review...Because of COVID they could not let me try my merchandice on in store. I live 3.5 hours from the closest Under Armour Outlet. I waisted 1 hour on the phone with the Under Armour site trying to make an exchange! The associate was very nice but the corporate policy is unacceptable! They would only offer my refund 14 to 20 business DAYS AFTER they recieved my returned merchandise!!!! And then they would not refund the money back to my card. They would only offer me a in-store credit, which would take another 5 to 10 business days to recieve!!! F- on their return policy!!!Thank you Curtis for fixing this problem and making things right! I am so glad I called the store back and asked for you again!👍

My husband wears 3XL and this outlet carries a lot in that size. Seemed like more inventory for men than women, but overall a good UA outlet. Staff were helpful and nice.

This store is nice one. I brought shoes for me and my wife. We tried Under Armour first time. We love these shoes. They are worth to buy. The store staff were friendly and helpful. Nice sports collection and caps. Will try these products again.

Always find my kids shoes here, she must have high tops for her orthotics; good prices and great wear, excellent value. Excellent clothes too!

Im sorry but counting people for capacity is making you lose business. If masks are required then dont count people to shop. It doesnt make sense. Every time i try to shop here there is a line to get in the store.

Salesman was awesome!!! Helped me order exactly what I needed while walking around the store.

I drove all the way, 35 minutes, out here and it was closing. The store manager was very nice, and said Google just refuses to update their hours. Screwed by Google again I suppose.

Male manager (had brown hair in a man bun/pony tail) answered 2 questions then left while I had more questions. He waited on other customers, answered phone as I stayed waiting. I made my selections (sign said 40% off) but I heard register was only taking 20% off. Instead of coming up register to over ride the 20% and ok the 40%, he went in back for delivery. Why did he make customer wait to unload delivery?

I love under armour. UA is very high quality and stylish sports brand. I like the durability and quality of under armour products. I am in love with Under Armour.

Very nice and well staffed establishment. A lot going on with sales and the newest clearance items get put out during the time it goes on clearance. So its like instant.

They have good prices but never enough people working the cash registers. The line is always long and the employees work at a very slow speed.

I understand that they were having a sale but the line to checkout wrapped around the entire store. We waited 45 minutes before they decided to open another register! Horrible job on the part of management 😡

Excellent and Helpful staff!The clothing is expensive but is high quality, I use an Under Armour Jacket for hunting that was given as a gift. It is among my favorites as far as providing warmth without sacrificing comfort.

Its great place for Active wears, we used to visit here very often and there is some kind of sales all the time.

Im not sure what Matt C was looking at...I was in the store today and there is a large wall with the HOVR display in the middle of their footwear section. Service was good, as they were busy, but, an employee helped me find shoes for my son.

I love coming here to see the man the myth the legend MATT DUNHAM, he can take this store to the next level, I am proud knowing I am wearing clothes that were touched by the Baseball GOD.

The worst customer service Ive dealt with. Took over 3 months to process a return and I had to call them every time to get it moving again. NEVER AGAIN

The only employee that bothered to be at a register must have been new because he was ridiculously slow and wasnt sure how to perform several transactions. He had to call somebody to help him. When she came to help him and saw the long line she didnt bother helping. There was at least one other employee that came to the register a couple of times and he didnt bother to help either, just looked at us in standing in line endlessly and went back to folding clothes

My son just tried to return 2 shirts (wanted different colors or style) and due to lack of items in the store was issued a gift card. What is the point of issuing gift receipts if you DO NOT HONOR them. Seriously???

Employees are very rude and disrespectful. They laughed at my grandma, who has Alzheimer’s and did not apologize. Never shopping there ever again. I recommend not shopping there unless you want the employees making fun of you because of a disability or illness

They had a fairly large and high quality selection for being an outlet, and the employees were helpful.

Employees were very helpful in finding sizes and making sure we got the biggest bang for our buck.
