Really Impressed with this outlet. We went in on a Thursday just looking and my son found a pair of shorts he liked. Blue with a ships helm printed in white. Sadly, they didnt have his size. The associate checked Inventory and said she found a pair his size in Sikeston. She got on the phone, called the store, placed the order and the shorts arrived on Saturday, just two days later. They gave me the same sale price as the St. Louis store and the shipping was free. Excellent customer service, going above and beyond. THANKS!

Received a $10 gift certificate after shopping here. Went to online store to place order. One item did not get shipped -- out of stock. I returned two of the items immediately due to poor quality fabric -- using the return slip in the package. NO credit was ever received! I returned one more item, and never received any credit for that as well. So my advice to you is dont try to order from this company online. It has been three months, and despite multiple phone calls and wasted time, I still have not received ANY credit for the three items I returned. I have never encountered this level of incompetence from a company before. It has been up to me to show proof of the return, and even after that -- NO CREDIT given. I have had to file an escalation complaint through PayPal, too. Not fun and a tremendous waste of time!

The store was nicely maintained and range of stuff was amazing at a very good discounted price..i was impressed by the shoes and jacketsbest scene for shopping your winter clothing..

Great deals, and if you catch the right special you could walk out of hear with $700 of merchandise for $250 like I did.
