I could not be happier with my panels! After 9 years with no window treatment because I didn’t know what to do with the awkward recessed bay window, Catherine came to my rescue. She suggested fixed panels on the ends. Michael, the installer, is so good at his job. This was a very tight installation and he did it flawlessly. He also shared some tips to spruce up the sheers that I am not replacing at this time.

We recently moved and needed some window treatments at the new house. Everyone was extremely competent, polite and a pleasure to work with from the designer to the installers. My order even came in a little quicker than originally quoted. I love my new blinds and would highly recommend Sunshine Drapery to anyone needing window treatments.

Wow! I couldnt believe the level of service I received from Sunshine when I had my dining room chairs recovered. Rebekkah was fabulous in helping us select fabric to blend with the dining room decor. And I was able to meet with the people in the workroom to review the work--new padding and mesh--prior to them starting work. Even the President of the company--Bruce Bernstein--got involved to ensure an A+ experience. This is certainly the place to go for your reupholstery needs. (Ive also gotten drapes and blinds from them previously and have never been disappointed!)

I called first because I purchased a gift certificate at a fundraiser. However, it was a great experience in all ways. The first appointment with Diane was made to fit my schedule. She was punctual, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She didnt try to oversell me, which I appreciated. While she was at my home, she gave me several good tips to help us when we list our home for sale. The window treatment came on time, was delivered on time, and Gary installed it quickly and beautifully. When we move we will definitely have Diane come and help with selections, which we will be happy to get from Sunshine.

This is the second time Sunshine has taken care of a drapery issue and I can only applaud the fine service - Sheri came out and took measurements, offered suggestions, had samples and placed the order. Craig installed the drapes, rods, and shears and the total effect was more than I had anticipated. After the first installation I hosted Thanksgiving and the quests were impressed with the total installation.

Every bit of our experience was excellent. Cindy came to our home and helped us with style of blinds and color. We had priced several other stores and the price was better for the same products. Ordering was easy and the installation was seamless. Since the Hunter-Douglas blinds have been up in our bedroom, we are no longer getting up at 5:30 am with the sunrise. Fabulous company! We had a designer come out to help us with custom bedding, throw pillows and 3 small upholstery projects. She was great - patient and helped us come up with ideas and helped us make sure everything would work. When we received the items, we were even more happy! All the custom pieces fit perfectly and pulled the room together in a way we could never have imagined on our own. Great service, great products and very friendly staff.

I recently had solar shades installed in both my family room and master bath. They are awesome and Sunshine Drapery did a wonderful job. They worked to fix some issues and also around my crazy schedule which is not an easy task.I would definitely use Sunshine when I next need any window treatments for my home. I used Sunshine Drapery to make a custom cornice for a bay window in my breakfast room. After taking down my old window treatments, to my disbelief, I found that after 38 years I never did not notice that the builder did not center the middle window in the bay!! Who would have known?!? It was no problem at all for Sunshine! Catherine was my salesperson and she just seemed to know exactly what I wanted, not only in the style and design but in the fabric selection. Even though I had to wait a little longer than I wanted to have this installed (mostly due to my erratic schedule), Ray, the installer, arrived at my house promptly and had the cornice up in less than 30 minutes. Everyone at Sunshine is so pleasant to work with. They are very professional and precise in their products. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We highly recommend Sunshine Drapery. We used them 30+ years ago in our new home, recently to install shutters and, lastly, Hunter Douglas blinds. Our new shutters match our crown molding perfectly and keep noise out so well on our busy road. We had some complications with our Hunter Douglas blinds from the factory and, to be brief, it was a very complicated problem handled beautifully by Wendy (customer service), Cindy (sales) and Gary (installer). They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to be sure we were pleased. It involved multiple exchanges, refittings, phone calls and visits to our home in acting as intermediaries to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. Even after resolution Wendy continued to remind us that Sunshine was available down the road to assist if - at any time - we were dissatisfied since we have a lifetime warranty on the product. Wendy, Cindy and Gary are a great team and Sunshine Drapery is a GEM. St. Louis is lucky to have this company here. Called the Chesterfield office to get a shade pull rope fixed, got an answering service. I was told the were open till 4pm. Went from St. Charles to Chesterfield only to find out they were closed till Dec. 28th for the holidays. I commented on their facebook page and got a reply from the owner, essentially taking care of the issue. This company, once notified of a problem, is quick to correct it with great customer support and stand behind their product!
