My husband and I recently went to Mattress Firm after being unsuccessful shopping online, and we are so glad we did! Jay was incredible at helping us find our perfect mattress. I usually hate shopping in person but he made the process effortless and even fun. I cannot recommend this location and Jay enough! If you are considering a new mattress from someone who is knowledgeable, personable, and not pushy at all, look no further.

Very attentive and welcoming without being pushy. Jay seemed to generally want to tailor what he showed us to what we needed. Even tried to keep my 4 year old entertained while we shopped. Will shop here again, even though they dont offer any water bed set ups.

Me and my boyfriend were out buying a brand new mattress and bed for the first for our first move. I have a very bad experience with the store delivery system. While buying the mattress I clearly mentioned the sales person that I won’t be available during morning hours due to my work schedule, I was told I will have a two hours window to choose between the time, but one day prior to delivery, I was told it will be delivered between 9:15-11:15 and other option is like 4 days later, I am very disappointed by that. I have to sleep on floor for four more days due to miscommunication.

Rojai was amazing and very patient. I was dreading buying a mattress as we dont do it often. He made it easy and helped us find the right balance of value and comfort. Very good experience.

Jordan was awesome, I called in the morning to check on stock and then got busy and skipped the time I said, went In later. He remembered, joked with me a little about being late and then showed me what I wanted, took care of me quick and was pleasant as can be, loaded my car up and everything. Assuming the last part of the delivery goes well I would have recommended this company in general but even if they screw the delivery up the service at the store with the rep was top notch.

Purchasing a bed at the Mattress Firm in Chesterfield could not have been simpler. The sales associate, Jordan, was very helpful and friendly. I think I am really going to enjoy the mattress with the adjustable base. The price was good. The bed is being delivered in one week, which is great. Overall, a great shopping experience.

I cannot give a higher recommendation for Jordan. He was so beyond helpful and kind when my dad and I came to get him a new mattress. We were having issues with it needing to be delivered sooner and he went above and beyond and out of his way to make sure we could get what we needed. My wife and I decided it was time for a new mattress. Our old memory foam had actually served us well, but it was time.We looked at multiple options online, and also shopped some local retailers. We had just come out of Sam’s and we noticed the Mattress Firm store a few doors down.When we walked in, we were promptly greeted by Jordan, who was very outgoing and friendly, and warned us he was going to ask us a bunch of questions, that would probably seem repetitive, but he just wanted to get us the right mattress. We went through several different brands and firmness levels and Jordan insisted we lay on the beds for awhile, because it takes a few minutes for your body to settle in. He never rushed us and was also waiting on another person at the same time. I noticed he was taking care of the other customer the same way he was taking care of us. No high pressure sales tactics, no BS, no pressure towards one brand or the other. That was so refreshing! We’ve purchased a lot of mattresses over the years and we have never had an experience that was like this.We ended up buying a mattress that I think we’re really going to love. I can only hope that the quality of the mattress is as good as the service, advice, and attention we received from Jordan.

We recently had to purchase a new mattress due to getting new puppies that were unexpected and needing a new bed. We were planning a whole day of running around looking for the mattress but we were very impressed with the friendliness and courtesy of the gentleman working that day. Jordan was very good at listening to what we were looking for and did not push us towards a mattress that was more expensive but pointed us towards a great replacement for the smaller mattress we still had and were happy with except for size. The employee that helped me was Jay. he was polite and extremely helpful - he was patient as I tried the mattresses, got to know my preferences to recommend the best mattress for me, was upfront about prices, made sure to only offer mattresses that could deliver to my apartment, etc. Jay is a very, very good employee. he spoke to my parents and I equally, treating us with respect and courtesy. Great experience at Mattress Firm! The store had a wide selection of mattresses in various price ranges. Jordan listened to our needs and helped guide us towards the best mattress for us. He was there when needed but not pushy at all. Once we selected our mattress and base, we were able to set up delivery for 2 days later. Our items were delivered when expected with no issues at all. We had actually looked at a competitor in the area prior to checking out Mattress Firm. One of the mattresses we were interested in was significantly less at Mattress Firm than it was at the competitor. Would definitely recommend this store!

We were in the store to pick out a mattress that is to replace our current mattress as per warranty with Tempur-Pedic, therefore the salesperson was working with the knowledge that he would not be making a commission.
