I worked with a terrific salesperson named Marlin. I felt like he listened to me and worked to find solutions to my sleeping problems. I do not have my bed yet but am looking forward to it.

My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and so we decided to stop by this location. We were immediately greeted by Steve. Over the next 30 minutes or so he helped us figure out what our sleep number is and it was easy to follow. He showed us options based on our the needs we expressed. Couldnt have been a better customer service experience and Steves thorough explanations really helped us a lot. We ended us junking the idea of visiting a bunch of mattress stores because we knew what we wanted. Thanks Steve.

My wife and I have been looking online at the Sleep Number beds for several years and finally decided to take the plunge. We researched online and eventually picked what we felt would fill our needs. They were offering special financing with no interest for 36 months so I filled out the credit application and was approved for my requested amount.The following day we were at the lake enjoying the weather and I received a call from Marlin at The Chesterfield Boone’s-Crossing Sleep Number store. He wanted to know if there was anything he could help answer. I told him no, we would be going into the store the next day to look around.The following day we arrived at the store and begun looking at the beds. A very nice man came over to see if he could help and work with us to try out a few beds. Well it just so happens it was Marlin. He remembered who I was and the fact I was at the lake the day before. He was very helpful and assisted us in our decision making and at no time did we feel any pressure to purchase anything.We found the store very well laid out and clean. COVID-19 is going pretty strong in the area and we were pleasantly surprised to see the distancing the employees were maintaining with the customers as well as they sanitized the beds and surfaces between customers. I would highly recommend this location for your future bed needs.

We had a great experience at the Chesterfield store, largely due to Janice, our salesperson. She was very patient with answering all our questions. We never felt pressured to buy anything. Very refreshing!

Dont understand the one star reviews. We bought a king size i8 bed last weekend. I found their staff to be very helpful. Ive called back with additional questions and the were happy to help after the sale. These folks were cool to me.

This store’s sales team and sales tactics are aweful....VERY sketchy and misleading. When asked if I could return a pillow I was told there was a 30 day sleep trial policy on all their pillows. I was not told it was an exchange only policy. The sales clerk knew I was asking about returns. He did not make it clear that the pillow is not returnable. So, Goodwill get my $150 pillow and the sleep number store will never get my business or referrals, ever again.

AVOID! Spent 3k on a bed just over a year ago. Salesman lied thru there teeth. One side of Beth completely sunken in with air leaking out. Called service line and they said $385 to come fix it and for “parts”. Parts…it’s plastic tubes and air. This is the BIGGEST SCAM. I will be posting every day. Don’t waste your money. These beds are cheap. Huge huge rip offs.
