This was hands down the best auto body experience that I have ever received. The convivence of a walk-in estimate is great for anyone with a busy schedule, and the staff is extremely friendly. The are so organized, and made my experience as smooth as possible. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would! Please check them out.

They lived up to the name! We showed up and my bumper was fixed within an hour of getting there. The price was way cheaper than the competition and the result was as good as new!

Second time I have used Same Day (Best Touch) within the last year for some door ding removal. Gerard did the work both times and I would say I am exceptionally pleased with the work. Not only did the work get performed to my satisfaction, but it was also none the Same Day and at what I though was a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

This one seemed to be run by good honest people who values hard-earned money. They told me what they will be able to fix and what not, and didnt even charge me for having a look at my car. They gave me a break down of their estimated price and it made sense and even gave better suggestions how I can lower the price with good alternative options.I will definitely recommend them to my friends

Excellent service. Very reasonable and fair. Had shopped around several places for an affordable repair to a dent and scratched paint. Did not want entire door and side panel redone and willing for it to not be perfect, just good enough not to look horrible and rust. They took the dent out and cleaned up/painted the scratch to where you could barely tell except for a few inches away and for only a small fraction of what it would have cost at another shop. For a car I plan to keep until it stops running, I just needed to protect from rust, not maintain high resale value and they took care of it for a price I could afford. Very happy.

I went to Same day auto repair because of other customers reviews. We were wanting to sell a sports car and maximize its value with some body repair. I knew I was in the right place as soon as I met Corry and he listened, separated out what he would do, explained what I could do myself and save some money, and other helpful tips. He wasnt about squeezing out every dollar he could or thought I had. Refreshing professionalism and honesty. Then when I picked up the car, Chris had done an amazing job with everything. Very proud to drive it off. Rethinking selling, haha.

I had taken my car to BestTouch many years ago and was happy then. I was recently in an accident that thankfully wasnt serious, but mashed up my rear quarter-panel and bumper pretty nice. I wasnt at fault, so I was at the mercy of the other guys insurance. I knew I was in for a fun time.I went back to BestTouch, and learned it is now SameDay Autobody. Same location, same owner, but a new experience for me. This experience, from beginning to end, was nothing short of perfect. My initial conversations were with the owner Corry. He put me at ease and set the expectations moving forward which sounded great. I was happy. It was the follow up and execution that truly impressed me. Every individual I spoke with and the work itself showed true professionalism. I had dropped off my vehicle at the Fenton location which was closest to me. Since they were booked solid, Sameday took the initiative to move my vehicle to another location that had an open slot. Any other place wouldve told me to come back when they had an opening. When I was told my cost was half the amount the insurance company already cut me a check for, I was initially elated and cautiously optimistic. It wasnt until I saw the work that the really set in. I know the cost of a repair is a case by case basis, but my case was heavily favored in my direction. The entire experience was super easy and painless. Its comforting to know that I have a body shop I can trust and rely on moving forward.
