The guy working there now 9-14-21 is very helpful very thorough and very patient. He helped me in every way get a new phone I actually liked. Due to finances he chose a phone & I loved it. 2 months later I need a new phone & hes willing to help. Go here switch to cricket if using Boost.

I had to buy a new phone because I lost my old one. So glad I came to this store. Anees was apologetic that I had lost mine and immediately asked what I wanted. We settled on a phone and he took care of everything to transfer all my data, (I am tech challenged), and disabled my old phone. He and Jen were so knowledgeable about the phones and how to accomplish the transfer. I had several questions and those were answered completely. All in all a great choice to get your problem solved with the least amount of pain!! And to buy a new phone.

Have not been inside . Will give B rating since exterior is cluttered with papering and signage however size and Location makes the grade

Friendly staff

They never open the store on time always a hour late

Customer service was great, they just installed the screen protector wrong and leftalot of dust in it

Staff is not helpful all they want to do is sell you a phone and will not assist you with phone issues.
