Where is my other review ? The most horrible customer service I have ever had to deal with. Misleading sales tactics and the company as a whole is lacking in customer service. They charged me a reconnection fee for service I was canceling due to their horrible not 5 G service. I paid $300.00 for two months service. Now they are going to charge me for the free phone on the promotional offer. Stop deleting my reviews!

We went in to change our service and get a new phone. Don did everything he could to get us exactly what we needed. He is very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was working correctly before we left. He also showed us new things to do. Customer service was awesome and we would recommend them.

I just want to say the service I received today for both myself and son was phenomenal.Terik and Jocelyn went over and above to make sure we were properly taken care of in transitioning our old phones to new ones( upgrades), more than patient with our questions and concerns, as well as making sure the amount we paid for our services was right and on point. I just wanted to let y’all know how awesome Terik the manager is. He was so pleasant to work with and actually worked in a very timely manor. Even with the Covid19 and all the safety precautions it was a great experience. I had lots of questions because I was going from having a android to a IPhone. He never rushed me or got frustrated. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate that. Y’all will now have a customer for life!!!!!

I went in because my phone was not able to make calls and my phone was frozen. Don and Terik both took my phone and worked on it together and in less than 5 minutes my phone was working. Customer service was awesome and would recommend them to anyone.

I came into T-Mobile to ask why my SMS messages was not sending to messengers. Don was very quick to assist me with a smile a very pleasing attitude. Don took the time to explain and call customer service while multitasking to assist other customer with their questions. I say all that to say he showed excellent customer service. Customer service was not able to assist me and Don continued to work to gain access to SMS message so that I was able to log into my Facebook account. I appreciate his knowledge and skills. His professionalism was immaculate.Thank you Don.Shout out to Tarik for always being kind and professional.

Excellent team of young people led by a customer service focused manager! The team was very patient while getting my 5 business lines switched over from Sprint. They explained our plan and benefits and took care of us very well. The employees at this store are knowledgeable but also were honest when they needed to verify something so as not to give incorrect or misleading information. The manager was attentive to queations from his staff while allowing them to service our account. Very pleased and impressed by the service we received!

Went to see what was wrong with my phone as it said No Service. Everything was going well and guy was very helpful. THAT CHANGED when another customer walked in. The guy that was helping me- who was doing a great way explaining what was wrong and giving advice- decided to help the OTHER customer as well. Is it so hard to finish helping one person and THEN go to the other? After this, he half- a**ed his way with my problem. Giving lame excuses to get rid of me to take care of other customers. SAD!!!!!

I get 99% of my info online, but occasionally I come to this branch to get more clarity on certain issues, special promotions, etc. For the past few years, this has been the most poorly informed store Ive come across. The OnePlus 6T is releasing tomorrow and T-Mobile is offering 50% off with a qualifying trade in, but the employee had no idea about the trade in offer or when it would be available. He just kept saying it will be in next month and asked if it was T-Mobile that was offering the trade in promotion. He spent about 10 minutes just trying to pull up the info on his tablet, which he said was not working and had no signal. Meanwhile, it took me all of 10 seconds to pull up the OnePlus website, which clearly listed that T-Mobile is the first and only carrier to sell a OnePlus phone. The lines in New York at T-Mobiles flagship stores early release were longer for the OnePlus 6T than the lines for the iPhone. You would think the employees would be aware of an event this big for a phone that was supposed to be available the very next day.

I have not received the credit in 2017 for the 24 month promotion where you pay only for the line.I asked the store manager to credit my account and he says to contact customer service, and customer service says to contact my doctor.

They ripped me off, promoted a free iPhone XR if I trade in my iPhone 7 Plus and add a line.They told me my iPhone 7 covers the tax and all other fees. Now they are charging me about $5 every month for up to 36 months. Plus They told me you will get a free line too. but the charging me about $20 plus tax every month. Now I am paying $44 extra every month instead of $20 a month.I called customer service, they were not able to do anything. They told me t go back to the store and talk to store manager.

Im sorry but how in the world does this location have 4.2 rating? I feel like I made mistake or got on someone bad side for asking for customer service. They constantly turn people away if they dont want to deal with you or your phone situation.PLEASE go to the t-mobile in the mall in colonial heights, they really took care of me ❤
