I found everything I need to replace the fuel filters on my Freightliner Columbia 2004

I went in today, purchased a replacement starter for my f150. Showed my receipt to clerk for a starter I had bought in the past, and explained that I would bring my old failed starter back after i had swapped it out for new one.When I returned few hours later, expecting to process a credit as I had been told earlier, different clerk told me i had to come back when mgr was present as new starter part number has ONE additional preceeding number, even though she admitted she knew it was same part. She said no one in store had authority to override DIFFERENT part number, other than mgr.!!!This experience causes me serious concern for level of customer service, for such a SIMPLE PROCESS!!!I WILL HAVE TO GREATLY PAUSE in the future when i need auto parts and decide to shop in this area. There are 4 competitors within 1/2 mile of this store.

This is another military friendly business with really fast and friendly staff.I went in to find a specialized type of spray paint and after shopping NAPA for 40 years and getting a military discount,I decided to check this location & do a review.I spotted this store from across the highway as I was leaving another business and it was a straight shot across through the traffic light.The parking lot was empty and a delivery vehicle was leaving as I entered.within a couple of minutes of entering the store,friendly store employee Gregory greeted me & said that he would be right with me.within 5 minutes Gregory had located the product that I wanted & I was checking out with my military discount,a happy customer! I recommend this business to all of our military families!

A couple years ago I hated this place. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Never in a hurry to do anything. The kind of place that makes you miserable for having gone there. Much improved and I will be back.

They consistently tell you when ordering parts that it will be in at a certain time. When you show up to get the parts they may be there maybe not. They look all over the store like it was an Easter egg hunt only to tell you that it isnt there. They dont seem to be very considerate of their customers time. This trip I have been there twice and still dont have the parts I ordered.

Very poor customer service, I realize today is a holiday but when asked about something to point and say over there, in order to finish a conversation with another employee really wont be back to any Napa locations.

I called this place ask for a loan a tool guy tell me its in stock drive 20 min there just to find out its not in stock so he tell me that he will have it there in 2hr (430) it would be there here it is 2 pm the next day and still nothing will never go back to this place again ill pay double at auto zone before i go here

I wish I had the option for ZERO stars. Every time I visit that store the employees consistently ignore me and other customers. The past three times Ive been there the employees have been rude and openly sarcastic. Claiming to have NEVER heard of NAPA products that I have bought there in the past. The last time I was there an employee by the name of GREGORY had several sarcastic and smart remarks when I was trying to get a core charge for a previously bought item. He refused to look up the item saying he didnt get paid to look up transactions . He was OPENLY HOSTAL at one point. When I got home I called back and the assistant manager was able to find the transaction in about one minute in the computer. His total lack of customer service and BAD attitude cost me a trip to the store and a waisted hour of my time. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW what a lousy excuse for a NAPA store that rat hole is.

Higher than average prices on just about everything, but they are the only place I can find Akebono brakes (which are the best). Customer service is hit and miss depending on who is there.
