I have been a customer of Loyalty Toyota for nearly sixteen years now. I’ve had all of my services on my 2006 Toyota Corolla done right at Loyalty Toyota since I purchased my car in December of 2005. I’ve had some awesome mechanics work on my car during that time and one of them has moved on to the Lexus Dealership in Richmond. For the last couple of years David Busby has been my advisor at Loyalty and he has been a real blessing for me because he always makes sure that all of my car’s issues are addressed and most recently he made certain that all safety concerns were addressed after I had an accident leaving my front tire and wheel completely shot!! More extensive work had to be done as well and all of my concerns were addressed by David. Joey D. Did the work on my car and so far everything seems to be running smoothly. Thank you David and Joey!! I have all the faith in the world in my team at Loyalty Toyota! You are awesome!

My suggestion is to find a trustworthy mechanic. You may find out that the repairs they tell you that you absolutely need you may not need at all. It is sad I had to give this review because I like the place and the Toyota brand.

We were just out looking for new vehicle, driving around town. We came into your dealership. As we were driving around, a salesman was smile and wave at us. He invited us to come out of vehicle to look around. He asked what type of vehicle we were looking for and it was truck. He showed us several trucks they have on the lot. He was very personable and attentive. Finally, found the truck for me. I would recommend Guy Gordon to provide the service when you are looking for vehicle. 👍👍👍👍👍We spoke with Phil Wood on the financial part of purchasing our new vehicle. Most recent visit for service took 2 hours but while I waited I was comfortable in their waiting area. I like the way Stewart manages my maintenance visit and give him high praise.

I went in for my routine maintenance as well as to get my auto Butler service done. Wes Brown is the service agent assigned to handle my check in upon my arrival. He is soooo easy going and customer friendly which I soo appreciate. He gave me an estimated time of my wait time and it actually came in 20 minutes under. What stood out to me it once I received my car and went back in to ask nine a question. He obliged me by walking me to my truck and opened my hood and pointed to area I had in question and provided me with the answer I needed. Wes Brown made the experience truly pleasant and made sure my car was serviced properly.

My service advisor Michelle Watko went out of her way to help me when I brought my Camry in for its first service. She was very professional, Friendly and polite. Michelle went over the whole car with me and spent extra time looking for anything unexpected underneath and on the car as I live down an extremely long (mile) dirt driveway. I drive the car really slow and carefully when off pavement but I appreciate her putting in the extra effort to make sure I was in tip top shape. Also we dont drive the Camry a whole lot as I have other work vehicles and this one is mainly for pleasure. So my mileage was still really low. Realizing I would have to come back 2 more times a couple weeks apart each for state inspection and then annual oil change, She combined all that into my current appointment on the spot and said Ill be glad to take care of everything today so you dont have to be inconvenienced so much coming back so soon. Michelle is a perfect example of how everyone there should be trained and beyond that I feel like shes a motivated type of person who is good at problem solving and honestly takes the time to listen to customers needs. I honestly have been self employed for over 20 years now and she is exactly the kind of person Id want working with me. Michelle knows exactly how to communicate with a customer. Honestly I think she has the skill set and personality to advance towards some type of management position and I hope the bosses there at loyalty realize her potential. My husband and I had been in the market to upgrade our existing 2019 Toyota Highlander. With the market being as it is now with vehicle shortage. My husband suggested that I call Loyalty. We believe what God has for you its for you. To our surprise Loyalty had one 2021 Toyota Rav4 XLE Premium in the lot. We able to go and test drive it. Extremely dishonest business practice. They listed a new Sienna for $41435 on Autotrader. When I called a few hours later to confirm availability they said a mandatory markup of $4000 is needed and would not honor the listed price no matter what. If you are going to price gouge, at least have the decency to set your price upfront. If you see their ads anywhere, avoid at all costs, You have been warned.

The agent and all who served me were most gracious! The car was serviced (tire rotation, State Inspection, alignment checked, and recommended filter changes as well as car washed) within the time told me. I would give Loyalty a 5 star rating except for the typically and extremely high cost quoted to change the engine and cabin air filters. The company needs to be much more reasonable on some of its quotes. $150 to replace two $15 air filters is over the top...had it been a simple $20 each, $40 total, I would have let them change it and paid the extra for the service but not $110 more for something I can do myself. The agents and mechanics get a 5 today but Loyalty pricing for extra service gets a 0. Suggest they not charge so much if they want more business.

I am thrilled with the 2021 Camry Hybrid LE from LOYALTY TOYOTA!!!Its just what I wanted but just didnt know it when I began this search for a new car. I had initially looked at a used Prius Prime; then a beautiful new Electric Storm Blue Prius LE and had actually signed papers for it. However, once I drove it home, I decided for various reasons, it really wasnt the car I truly wanted to drive for the next 8-10 years. Thankfully, LOYALTY TOYOTA gave me a week to change my mind and buy the car of desire. As a result, I was able to request a brilliant Celestial Silver Metallic they had on order and was being delivered. It made ALL the difference and made me a very HAPPY new car owner! Thank you, LOYALTY TOYOTA for working so hard to earn my wifes and my business. I am always very pleased with my visit at this dealership. On my last visit, I got an oil change and tire rotation; Wes Brown took care of me and was extremely respectful and kind to me. I was out in about an hour - I always bring my laptop and knock out some work in the waiting area to kill the time. Wes even politely came to get me to let me know my vehicle was ready. I love that they throw in a free car wash with service! Sincerely, I choose this dealership over any other business because of the customer service. I’ve been quoted cheaper prices for some of the services I get - but I honestly value the way I’m treated so much by this location that I won’t go anywhere else. The customer service was really great. The sales representative, SK, who helped me with my purchase was very friendly, polite and helpful.We ran into some issues with availability of the vehicle that I wanted, but eventually, he was able to locate exactly what I wanted and hold the vehicle until I was able to pick it up. I would highly recommend SK as a sales representative to anyone looking into getting a new vehicle at Loyalty Toyota. The oil changes and inspection stickers are an extra bonus as well as long as I own the vehicle and am in the area.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!! If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute disaster, so unorganized, all of the employees will just talk you in circles. Will not complete anything they say and try to manipulate you. Jennifer in the finance department has not followed through on any of her word regarding completing paper work, all of the paperwork was wrong and they had no idea what they were doing. Mustafa also will not return any calls and Todd the car salesman will talk you in circles. Almost 4 months and have not received the title for the new vehicle I purchased and not one employee at this dealership is able to comprehend how to make this happen. Absolutely horrible customer service from every staff member I’ve interacted with the last 4 months I’ve been trying to get in touch with anyone who can provide information. Whatever you do DO NOT purchase a vehicle here.

Loyalty Collision honored the factory paint recall on my 2012 Toyota Camery. That alone was pretty amazing. They painted every steel part on my car and gave me a rental at no charge.I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Toyota Collision. Gracie, the warranty professional, contacted me and arranged a convenient day and time for me to drop off my vehicle. When I arrived, she had a rental car waiting for me. I decided to get the plastic parts painted too, so Gracie connected me with her service manager who quoted my a fair and reasonable price. Gracie contacted me each week and kept me apprised me with exactly what stage my car was in. It took about one month from start to finish.My car looks brand new and I am so happy with the paint job! I have dealt with Loyalty Toyota since 2006. Bought two Prius from this dealership.We love their service department. The staff is very courteous. They are taught to give you unbiased advice on car maintenance and repairs without pressure. In fact, if certain maintenance is not an immediate necessity, they would advise you to differ for future date.During this service I did have few issues after the car maintenance was performed. Mechanic had failed to follow standard procedure during tire rotation which caused flapping sound on the road. Roger Parker, who handled the service didn’t charge for fixing the issue. Then I had to bring back the car again because they didn’t change the inspection sticker after the State inspection. While this was a minor issue, it needs to be mentioned. Roger was very apologetic and took care of the problem immediately. I rated them 4 stars this time.I am very satisfied with the service from Loyalty Toyota.

I gave them 5 stars because they got me in when scheduled, kept me informed while they figured out my issues. Selling exchanged cars with no prior inspection or title to auction houses is illegalThe title was in the glove box You did not inspect itSo you threaten to have the exchangee either get a new title FOR you even tho it was turned in or return the exchange money without returning the car....On top of that the new car that was purchased has bad wheel bearings in the rear and instead of fixing it you instead rotated the tires twiceShady business practices all the way around and selling a vehicle without a title was outright illegal

Told them my brand new car was not working and they did not care. They tried to give me a new car and told me everything will be okay. They tried to refinance my loan unbeknownst to me. Then gave me my old car back with the same problem. They lie to customers to get them out the door. My husband and I visited Loyalty Toyota after my father and sister recommended going there. They were very accommodating and answered all of our questions. The salesperson we worked with, SK, was very knowledgeable about the car and a pleasure to work with. Both he and the manager worked with us on making a deal that we were comfortable with. We went in there with a specific amount we wanted to put down and a specific monthly payment amount. SK and the manager were able to make that happen. We also loved that the car came with lifetime oil changes, state inspections and warranties for the transmission and engine. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Loyalty Toyota over all other dealerships.

Disappointed that Loyalty didnt honor their advertisement how about $2,000 over Kelly Blue Book. When you get in the dealership it becomes up to $2000 over KBB per Jose in Chester. If they cant get their money back you only get trade in value. My son bought a 2021 Corolla yesterday and he only got $500 trade. I personally have bought 3 cars from that dealership when it was Priority and but was disappointed yesterday in Loyalty because there was none. The only positive was the great service we got from Brandon which is why I gave a second ⭐.

Stewart Winstead was very helpful in getting my SUV with the correct service. Person who the appointment was made, because my service light came on, the customer service lady stated that I needed a oil change and tire rotation . When SUV was brought in for service Stewart explained that customer service told me incorrect information. I didnt need oil change or tire rotation (which was done at last oil change) but did need filters change and other services.

Quick rundown on my experience with Loyalty. I called up about a tundra displayed out front, I got transferred to a salesman names Mark. I explained what i was looking for and asking on numbers regarding the original Tundra i called about. Mark then took all my information over the phone to run my credit and start getting numbers put together and ended it with an appointment for the following day. After running my credit plenty of times I never got a call back and the following day when it was time for my appointment he was not even in and i was told it was his day off. Needless to say I went and bought a truck from Haley a couple days after and would never go to nor recommend Loyalty Toyota to anyone.

I drove to Loyalty due to all the ads claiming to give the highest value on your trade-in. What I found was quite the opposite. After I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase, the offer on my car was over $1,700 less than KBB, with them listing my car in fair condition to get the lowest KBB value. I then took my car to Carmax and got $2,600 more than Loyalty offered!!! I felt bad for my sales consultant, because she did a great job and lost a sale due to the the abysmal offer from the dealership shouting from the rafters that they give the highest trade value! You better know the KBB value before you go in to that dealership. Ill never go in there again. I hate not being treated with honesty and integrity.

Loyalty Toyota in Chester VA. Dealer # 45082 is very unprofessional. Called the service manager Shawn and was ask for clarity after having a oil change at Loyalty Toyota I now have a oil link. I informed Shawn and he refused to provide a solution considering I had no oil leak prior to the bad service I was provided by Loyalty Toyota and the Service manager. Shawn also released the call when ask to speak with his manager Kevin Shea. Buyer beware of the Loyalty Toyotas bad customer service.

I have been bringing my 2013 Corolla in for routine service since I bought in in 2015 with Lifetime Loyalties. You might pay a little more though the prices are on par with national tire outlets, etc. You get what you pay for. Each time I bring my car to Loyalty, it is done right and done on time. My rep last time was Bailey St. Romain. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and his suggestions were on par with what I know I need. No surprise pressure to sell me anything I do not need. I plan to keep my car for a while. Regular maintenance is key, and Loyalty does it right.

They completely overcharge on services. I understand that it is to offset the dealership but the service department needs to be reviewed, and compared to local competitors who offer the same services at almost 2/3 of the price. It is getting three stars because the customer service is excellent.

I worked with Derek Lewis. Best thing I can say is it didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me a car. He helped me find the car I needed. I came in looking for a 4Runner but left with a Tundra. I explained what I didn’t like about the 4Runner and he suggested we test drive the Tundra. I immediately fell in love with the Tundra but they didn’t have the color I wanted. Derek monitored the inventory and let me know when the truck I wanted had arrived at the lot. I picked up the truck the next day. Two weeks later and I couldn’t be happier with my decision...a decision I am thankful that I had Derek to help me with. Go check them out! Also don’t forget to ask about the lifetime loyalty warranty!

Poor customer service. Still waiting for a call back from dealership. Purchased car on June 5. The car is still not titled with DMV. My daughter was pulled over by a police officer who advised her that the tags are not registered to anyone. In addition, I have received multiple notices from my bank requesting that they be added on as a lienholder with copies of letters that they have already sent to the dealership. This is after already having a bad experience at the dealership with unkept promises. I would not recommend this dealership.

Not so good with these guys. Was given msrp price on window sticker. Received a n offer through sams club matching the msrp minus $200. Made an appointment to come in at 11am. Then they texted me in the morning with notice that three other people were coming in to look at the vehicle. I was then sent a new price with dealer mark up of $2300. Asked them about this and was never given an answer. Wont purchase from them.TJ

Completed deal with salesman at 11:11am. Walked out of dealership at 2:02 pm. You could sell many more vehicles without this amount of wait time. I will try somewhere else on my next purchase. The salesman was great, the remainder was challenging and boring wait time.
