My phones screen cracked and most local repair places were quoting $300+ and anywhere between 2 days to a week to get it done. I could get a replacement phone for $300, so this made no sense to me. Electronics Overhaul quoted $200, and could get it done by the evening. In reality, they had it done in 2 hours. They were very pleasant to work with, and would go with them again!

The same they need to restock a lot faster also the people that work in that department need to be a little bit more aware of the products thats in that department

I dropped something on my sons xbox, and managed to crack the top, which broke the fan and caused it to randomly shut off. I called and spoke to Adam on Saturday and dropped it off to be repaired around noon. They were done with it by 2. They were the only shop around who was able to fix it the same day. I did pay for priority service and it was well worth it. Both amazed and impressed!!!

I had a macbook that the screen was cracked. I took it in Friday afternoon and it was done on Tuesday! Adam was super nice and helpful! I am in college and really needed my laptop fixed and i did not expect them to fix it so fast. Very impressed and glad i did not go to apple it was so expensive compared to these guys. Recommended this place from another shop for a battery replacement on a 7 year old MacBook Pro. Very quick service, absolutely professional and the best price in this area. About 5 days passed before the new battery was at the shop, got a call that day about dropping the computer off for work and less than 3 hours I had a like new 2014 MacBook Pro! They were able to fix a bad connection on my $400 headset I use daily for a fraction of what it cost to replace the unit. If anything else breaks I cannot repair they will be first on my list!

This place is absolutely amazing and I am so glad my wife found it for me. I am a backyard astronomer, and my very favorite computerized go-to telescope mount got an intermittent electronic problem that rendered it unusable. I took it to a so called specialized repair shop, where they refused to even open it up to be diagnosed.When my wife found Electronic Overhaul, I was very sceptical, but decided to take the 25 miles drive anyway. Well, I am so thankful! The service was fantastic and the price honest. This man did a great job and, only thanks to him (and my wife) will I be able to keep using my favorite telescope mount for, I believe, many more years.

Was good when I first started going, but they got greedy and started trying to charge me more money for things i paid $70 deposit and they told a set price but said my deposit would be included then when I got there they told me a completely different price and said that it was with the deposit include. I also paid $80 to get a controller fixed that started doing the same problem 2 weeks later. They are trash just watch YouTube instead

I turned in my PlayStation 4 to be fixed because the console didn’t update. When I got it back I got the exact same error message. I payed $200 for no improvement for the system at all. I’m not sure if this was a one time thing or what but my PS4 is just as broken as when I turned it in.

My husband dropped off our iPad to get the screen fixed at this location. They were quick to fix the broken screen but when we got home we noticed the adhesive did not hold and that the screen was coming off. We drop it off again and they were willing to fix the issue. When we got home we noticed again that the part of the screen was still not glued down. It’s just annoying that they are unable to do a good job on the first try. I mean we don’t have the time just keep coming back until they get it right! Very poor quality work!

Took my otherwise working laptop in for keyboard repair/replace due to some keys consistently mistyping. Got a call that the corner of the casing was a little loose and the keyboard might be tricky. Next call I got was that the keyboard was replaced but the screen no longer functioned and fixing it was extremely problematic. Now I have a busted laptop and have to buy a new one before I can do any work. At least they didnt charge me more than the deposit.Edit, response to the owners response : if it was such a problem, and you dont think you can do the work, dont take the job. To add insult to injury, you then blame me for you not being able to service the old machine. If you cant service it, dont take the work. You could also have just called and told me at any point that it wasnt a fix that could be done at all instead of hamfistedly trying to force a part that wasnt gonna fit in there. Your response to other complaints I see on your reviews should have clued me in that you wouldnt take responsibility for your errors.

My experience with this business was very positive. I new I had a problem with my TVs capacitor since it would not even click on and decided to solicit prices from multiple businesses to see if I could just bring in the motherboard to have the capacitor replaced. He ordered the part and replaced it for a very reasonable fee. He even explained to me the testing process and how it was verified as a good repair. This beats going out and purchasing another TV because of the quality I invested in this 52 already. Just a 5 day period of waiting and I was back up and running. Its good to have a quality technician on hand.

I took the laptop to the big box stores and their repair techs said that they couldnt do anything with it and recommended that I mail the laptop back to Dell. Adam ordered the necessary part, promptly called me when the part arrived, and performed an expert repair.My sons high end laptop is as good as new. I will be taking all of my electronics repair jobs to Electronics Overhaul from now on.

Overpriced

Customer service was great over the phone and in person. He was able to repair my Samsung S3 charge port that other places couldn’t do. The fix was done in less than an hour. I’ll be coming back if I need anything else done.

Had a Asus 2080TI and was attempting to install a custom cooling unit on it messed up and stripped a screw. Tried everything to get it out and finally broke down and took it in. He got it out the same day and with plenty of care! Totally worth the money! Will be returning with any future issues undoubtedly!!

Highly recommend Adam for any of your electronic repairs. As a pretty determined do it yourself type person, I had reached my wits end on getting a custom build to function. Turns out I had bad components and he had new components on hand to install. He even helped me out over the phone when I had trouble with a corrupt Windows 10 usb drive and Windows support fell short of being able to help. In addition, he did convey information like I was inept. He knew my understanding of computers, which isn’t a whole lot but a good amount, and gave advice and recommendations based on my knowledge. Took a PlayStation 4 there charge me a hundred fifty to get it fixed. Brought home thing stop working the same day. Took it back claims they fix with the issue was brought it home, stopped working the next day. I was offered a refund though. But the service from the guy with a little nonchalant and Im not a big fan of that if youre going to take my money and say youre going to do a job be confident about your abilities whether they are good or bad and be upfront and honest about whether you can get this thing done or not. They did reach back afterward and see of there was anything they could do to better the expierence next time which is always greatly appreciated.
