Very upsetting to have been a customer for over 20 years and to walk up 5 minutes to closing and had one item to run quick to get the door locked. To make things better the employee cheered as she walked off to the register. Happy friday! I hope this made your weekend as Im a little but hurt and will go to a diff location.

Always lovely customer service

Experience with this supplier has been nothing but the absolute worst. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I used funds from a previous exchange to use towards the purchase of another product. When that product was to be returned, they would only refund me the $1.27 that I used to add on top of the funds from the previous exchanges credit. The two girls could not figure out the simple math involved and only offered me the $1.27. I was so mad at the incompetence of the staff that I forgot my sunglasses. I called up there to have them hold them for me, which they said they would do. This morning I went to pick the sunglasses up and there was a note attached, which stated Not to forget these. She needs them to hide her horrible RBF NEVER in my life have I encountered a more unprofessional manner in which to conduct business. I will never purchase any supplies from this location. Please be cautious of their staff. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Extremely poor level of basic business skills. Very disappointing coming from a business.
