Zero star for big beard dude at the counter. Five star for NAPA. When U dived to them, makes 2 1/2 star. Counter guy should be more friendly and polite.

Not very friendly, however, wasnt looking to make friends. Asked for Wix filters and got Napa filters. Not the cheapest either. Go on payday.

Great service and have more in stock than most stores. Napa is geared more to professionals and knowledgeable buyers. This store is my go to store for almost everything.

I arrived 5:57 the door was still open but the big beard guy said we are closed. Was quite rude.Ill change my store!!!

As soon as i walked in the associate was not friendly. I walked in with a trans slip yoke and universal joint caps for size, explained that needed a universal joint with two different cap sizes for a custom car and he shook his head and was arrogant like it was a burden. He needed a base vehicle to start the look up, so I gave him a vehicle application for the driveshaft, he then tried to give me the universal joint for that vehicle and told me I cant get a universal joint with two different cap sizes, first time at this napa but never had an issue from napa before for a parts need like this.

Completely set up with prepared obstacles for spacing. Knowledgeable associate was very helpful. Informative and useful information helped me feel welcome and satisfied.

We have been dealing with these Napa associates since they were located in Morestown prior to move to larger facility and I must say service is impeccable. All the associates especially Vernon and Mike have been outstanding. I couldnt keep our business running without them for sure! keep up the good work and look forward to years of good service in the future.
